The Application deployment Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring quality, on-time delivery of Client Data Technology solutions that meet the requirements of one or more business channels. This person will coordinate product delivery through the entire SDLC, utilizing tight product delivery controls and governance to minimize defects and emergencies and increase timeliness and quality. This resource will also represent Client Data Technology in the context of these deliverables to Business, Operations and Technology stakeholders in one or more programs across the firm.
Minimum 10 years of exp. with expertise in managing all phases of SDLC from inception to deployment. Exp and CONFIDENCE required in interfacing with business and technology. Responsible for strategizing, defining release plans, creating deployment schedules, coordinating multi-team testing activities, and reporting on deliverable status to cross functional management teams. Ability to communicate effectively, LEAD AND INFLUENCE, and eliminate roadblocks required. Must bring a disciplined, process-based approach to executing. Need to be able to generate ETHUSIASM, and drive others to success.
This person will likely have PMO exp. and true LEADERSHIP skills. They need to come from an ENTERPRISE environment and have been a former APPLICATION DEVELOPER. They technology is not important. Understanding of DATA INTEGRATION is a big ++. They are heavily involved with BOA merger work.

Position Details
Thomson Reuters is looking at bringing in a Program Manager to support their new next generation desktop product and the hiring group is looking at the following experience:
Ø 15 years of Project / Program Management experience
Ø Candidate should have demonstrated experience of managing multiple projects concurrently. In this position there is possibility of managing 28 projects concurrently and all these projects have at least 4-5 work streams below them
Ø They don´t need development managers
Ø They don´t need people who have set up a PMO or have managed one large project
Ø Need demonstrated experience in managing delivery
Ø Accountability
Ø Planning
Ø Detail oriented
Ø Management reporting
Ø They are ok to hire even Business Program Managers who have a good understanding of technology
Ø They are not looking at any specific technical skills but the candidate should have the ability to hold their own in meetings with Head of QA and Development and Head of Business units
Ø Experience in Global projects with onsite and offshore
Ø TR is looking at hiring 4 Program Managers to manage specific areas - Alerts, User Interface, Mobile & Views
Ø For the Alerts they want candidate to manage the overall delivery of the new Alerting capability & infrastructure, content ingestion, and infrastructure deployment for program. Program requirements span multiple divisions and program is already in flight. Need understanding of this.

PROJECT MANAGER W/PHARMA SALES & MARKETING
Project Description: This project is a component of US Pharma's initiative to shift from a Product Centric to Customer Centric model. Candidate must have previous experience in managing large complex projects. Experience with Sales and Marketing is required.
• Manages the implementation and consistent delivery of projects to agreed upon timelines, budgets and expectations of quality.
• Works with clients, developers and vendors to determine requirements.
• Creates and manages project budget vs. actual expenditures (capital and expense).
• Creates and manages work breakdown structure (WBS) and scheduled project plan.
• Manages and supervises project team resources.
• Develops critical path analysis for project implementation.
• Responsible for business change management (incl. business process redesign, training, SOPs).
• Manage project scope and timeline through formal change management processes.
• Manages project issues and risks through std issue/risk process.
• Communication to stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
• Ensures compliance with required controls.
• Manage projects with dollar values in excess of $500,000.
• Bachelor's degree/Technical degree or equivalent requirement.
• Master's degree a plus.
• PMP, or equivalent certification, required.
• Proven experience with business capability projects; strong process engineering skills.
