Biology Laboratory Technician
ORGANIZATION

DAILY DUTIES.

Perform a variety of laboratory techniques and procedures, including handling infectious agents, performing immune cell isolations, immunohistochemistry, tissue sectioning, fluorescence and brightfield microscopy.
Perform digital flow cytometry, ELISAs, DNA/RNA isolations, PCR, RT-PCR, quantitative PCR and Western blots.
Maintain and screen of transgenic mouse colony.
Maintain laboratory cell lines.
Maintain laboratory logs and databases.
Inventory laboratory supplies and equipment, make recommendations and prepare purchase requests.
 
REQUIREMENTS. 
1. Bachelor's degree in biology or related field.
2. Two (2)+ years experience growing tissue cultures of mammalian cell lines, IHC, maintaining a mouse colony, and performing immunological methods such as antibody purification, flow cytometry, ELISA, RT-PCR, and DNA/RNA isolations.
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel).
4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Excellent organizational  time management skills.
 
OPERATIONAL HOURS.
Work will be performed typically  up to 40 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

We're looking for PMP certified resources or 6-Sigma black belts. Manages
the day-to-day activities of multiple complex business-sponsored IT projects

Reporting to the Forensic Audit Director, the Forensic Audit Manager is responsible for managing investigations of fraud and financial abuse, both civil and criminal in nature, occurring within the company.

Specific Responsibilities include:

- Conducting investigations of fraud and abuse.

- Co-ordinate and work with finance and IT audit teams on audit planning, execution and reporting for forensic integrated audits.
