ERDS (Entity Data Reference System) is a brand new project that will produce a single, goldensource of customer and involved party data for all of Global Banking and Markets around the globe. There are several workstreams in this project including: selection and implementation of a strategic platform that will include online access to ERDS data, data distribution, data import, reports and reconciliations, etc.; ongoing identification of existing source systems and the tactical and strategic roadmaps to move data into ERDS; identification of ERDS consumer systems and working with those systems to prepare them to integrate into the new ERDS consumer model; integration or convergence planning with other goldensource solutions within the bank.
Experience with Data Mastering solutions and projects is a plus; with Customer Data Mastering, a big plus.

a) Preparation and management of Clear Choice document (build vs buy vs integrate)
b) Development of Technical Architecture document (working with Solutions Architect)

at a major company in King of Prussia, PA. The QA Lead Defines, develops,
maintains, and executes test scripts for IT projects and/or maintenance
items. Strives to ensure that system requirements are satisfied for
internal and external application users. Ensures project testing is
complete and testing risks are identified prior to implementation.
Manages defects from identification to closure through the Software Life Cycle.

for the delivery of the Quality Assurance phase of projects. Provides
governance to the definition, development, maintenance, and execution of the

policies, procedures and practices. Maintain awareness of new system implementations,
Quality Assurance and technological advancements. Assist in providing
leadership guidance to individuals in the Quality Assurance team. Work with
Resource managers to ensure high staff productivity and morale through

assigned to projects and provide feedback to resource manager for use in the

We currently have multiple
contract to hire opportunities for Web Developers in King of Prussia, PA.
The Web Developer II reports to the Manager of Web Development within the
Creative department, and essentially bridges the gap between the Creative and
Engineering teams. They work closely with Graphic Designers, Information
Architects, Marketing teams, and Project Management teams to maintain our
current webstores, as well build new webstores for newly acquired partners. The
primary focus of the Web Development team is the JSP presentation layer that
supports our client's partner webstores, which utilizes technologies such
as HTML, CSS, JSP, XML, and JavaScript.
* Mandatory experience:
* HTML/CSS Markup experience
* Javascript experience
* A plus, but not mandatory:
* JQuery experience
Qualifications:
* 3+ years demonstrated development experience with HTML, CSS, JSP, and JavaScript.
* 1-2 years experience with XML.
* Fluent in a code-based code editor (such as Macromedia HomeSite).
* Solid experience in Adobe Photoshop and image optimization techniques.
* Understanding of browser capabilities and design constraints on the web.
* Strong attention to detail, good communications skills, and a positive attitude.
* Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects on tight schedules.
* Ability to be self-motivated and deliver projects on time with minimal supervision.
* Prior experience in e-commerce development is preferred.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Information Architects and Project Leads in the development of Information Architecture Design Documentation for new site builds.
* Apply new store designs for new partners to existing webstore functionality.
* Execute on small projects for maintenance of current webstores.
* Assist in production escalation and problem resolution.
* Act as technical advisor for Graphic Designers, Information Architects, and Marketing teams in assessing proposed project feasibility given current webstore functionality.
* Function independently with project assignments and with minimal supervision.
