Technical Lead - C#.Net Developer - permanent
Location/City : NJ - Union County (need car to commute)
This position is a true technical leader for the group consisting of 7
.Net developers.
The client wants a professional whose official role is a technical
leader for their current firm. Someone who will lead/mentor the other
developers.
Requirements:
10 yrs of software engineering experience.
5 yrs with C#.net, Webforms, .Net Framework development.
2 yrs leading a .net group as a technical leader
Ajax server-side calls.
.Net application performance tuning meaning:
Looking at the architecture of the solution and making recommendations.
Explain method they would use as a developer to eliminate slow code.
There is a lot of user interactivity without refreshing the page. Must
be experienced with this.
Teleric controls+++
Licensed the SDK for Community Server software from Telligent. Experience+
Social networking application experience+++ (forms, blogs, group
messaging, putting members in groups
Should be able to work in a scrum, agile environment. Method of
development is that the group determines a short timeframe for
developing certain features (3-4 weeks), then embark on the
development. After the time period must be able to produce results
before you can move onto the next set of development tasks.
Must be conversant with web based development. This is not a client
server development environment and is all web based development.
Should be familiar with HTML, XPath, web services.
Income level: approximately $100-115k per annum (some flexibility

(JWG). Before JWG, Jack was the Chief Information Officer of the NPD
Group, a market research firm. Prior to NPD, he managed 3 metropolitan
area offices for Source EDP, a national IT search firm, & was a Sr.
Director of Applications Development for the Federal Reserve Bank of
NY. Jack has a BS and an MS in Engineering from Cornell University &
an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business of N.Y.U.
