Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Services or related field. Minimum of four (4) years experience in a related technology field. Demonstrated experience in programming, design and implementation of complex technical systems and environments. General understanding of network/server connectivity, security issues, architecture, policy and practice in large complex enterprises. Experience with and knowledge of programming languages (C, C++, .Net, Java, MUMPS, Delphi). DBA experience with SQL and CACHE. Prior experience with open source VistA, Netsmart Technologies Applications or similar Electronic Medical Record products preferred. Experience with HL7 interfaces and end-user training a plus. Ability to function in a team environment required. Ability to communicate and promote ideas and transfer detailed knowledge to others. Additional related professional experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

The primary purpose of the Programmer/Analyst II position is to perform analysis, design, programming, testing, debugging, and documentation of programs to solve medium to complex business problems in multiple database and web environments.
