Responsibilities Test analysts will be primarily responsible for the, execution and reporting of testing activities as defined within the scope of current EMG and Credit Projects. Analysts will be involved in creating scripts and reporting on progress and test results of executing the same. Some of the typical activities for the QA team are:

- Participation in test scoping definition, and test planning
- Planning, Execution and Reporting of Functional Testing within the following phases including:

* System Testing
* System Integration Testing

-Planning, Execution and Reporting of Non-Functional Testing including but not limited to:

* Performance Testing
* Operational Acceptance Testing:

Analysts will take care of escalating software quality issues to the Test Manager or Project Manager and highlight any risks to the business assessed in the testing process.

Testing production bug fixes will also be under the teams' responsibility whereby small enhancements and bug fixes to production applications need to be tested in a controlled environment and deployed in production on accelerated timescales.

The role will involve liaison with the Credit Derivatives and Emerging Markets business areas to understand fairly complex business problems and to assess business requirements for a variety of ongoing business-driven enhancements.

Training will be on-going and we would expect all team members to gain a robust understanding of the credit derivatives trading business workflow.

- Work experience within the financial services industry

The Director of Software Development will be responsible for designing,
implementing, deploying, and maintaining core revenue impacting systems,

Creative department, and essentially bridges the gap between the Creative and
Engineering teams. They work closely with Graphic Designers, Information
Architects, Marketing teams, and Project Management teams to maintain our
current webstores, as well build new webstores for newly acquired partners. The
primary focus of the Web Development team is the JSP presentation layer that
supports our client's partner webstores, which utilizes technologies such
as HTML, CSS, JSP, XML, and JavaScript.
* Mandatory experience:
* HTML/CSS Markup experience
* Javascript experience
* A plus, but not mandatory:
* JQuery experience
Qualifications:
* 3+ years demonstrated development experience with HTML, CSS, JSP, and JavaScript.
* 1-2 years experience with XML.
* Fluent in a code-based code editor (such as Macromedia HomeSite).
* Solid experience in Adobe Photoshop and image optimization techniques.
* Understanding of browser capabilities and design constraints on the web.
* Strong attention to detail, good communications skills, and a positive attitude.
* Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects on tight schedules.
* Ability to be self-motivated and deliver projects on time with minimal supervision.
* Prior experience in e-commerce development is preferred.
* Ability to demonstrate previous work via URLs.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Information Architects and Project Leads in the development of Information Architecture Design Documentation for new site builds.
* Apply new store designs for new partners to existing webstore functionality.
* Execute on small projects for maintenance of current webstores.
* Assist in production escalation and problem resolution.
* Act as technical advisor for Graphic Designers, Information Architects, and Marketing teams in assessing proposed project feasibility given current webstore functionality.
* Function independently with project assignments and with minimal supervision.
