A successful equity and options trading firm located in New York, is currently seeking a senior user interface developer experienced in building real time trading systems. The individual will be heavily involved in GUI design and system architecture. Core skills are object-oriented design and experience developing component-based/distributed software systems using C#/WinForms/WPF, C++/MFC and RDMBS on Windows. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in driving the design and architecture of the front end applications in a small team environment where results are directly attributable to the success of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

· Create, design, develop code, test, debug, and provide beta support for windows based front end application. 

· Design highly configurable, fresh looking, intuitive user interface components for the next generation of our trading system 

· Design and build high-quality components using Agile development methods. 

· Investigate repercussions to entire product i.e., implications of changes, design, analysis of changes and accurate estimates of effort. 

· Coordinate with other technology leads to ensure a consistent design and compatibility with all interfacing products. 

· Participate in recommending new technologies and next generation features. 

Skills Required: 

· Senior-level developer with at least 5+ years of hands-on programming experience and designing and maintaining front end software applications. 

· Strong knowledge of C++ in Windows environment required 

· Knowledge of C# and .NET 

· Strong knowledge of high performance, real-time, multi threaded development 

· Experience with real-time data or systems. 

Skills Desired: 
· Experience with Low Latency market data or high frequency trading. 
· Experience with performance profiling tools 
· Knowledge of equity markets and trading systems is highly desired 
· Equity and Options experience is highly desired

Have a proficient understanding of, and exprience working with, web-based applications programming (HTML, JavaScript), database querying (Oracle/SQL) .

Job Description             A major Foreign Bank Holding Company is looking for a Loans Business Analyst in their New York City office.
                                   The candidate will have to provide IT business analysis and solution modeling for key business initiative activities.
 
                                   Main Duties
 
                                   Gap Analysis and Requirements gathering with the business.
 
                                   Capturing and preparing functional and data requirements using structured analysis technologies.
 
                                    Ensuring the documentation produced enables both business comprehension and sign off.
 
                                    Test execution.
 
Skills Required               Highly project-based work experience in Loans as well as BA skills.
 
                                     Development of Business requirement and design specifications.
 
                                     Preparation of testing strategy and test script and execution of system and integration testing.
 
                                     Process mapping, process redesign, business case development and workshops.
 
                                     Apllication configuration and support.
 
                                     Front or Back Office experience across the following Loan topics.
 
                                            Primary/Secondary Closing
                                            Loan Servicing (Agency or Lender)
                                            Cash Settlement
                                            Profit and Loss
 
Salary Range                  This is a full time position for an Assistant Vice President and salary is based on experience.

We are starting to see an uptick in our retail direct hire business.  I was hoping you might be able to share this new position with your networks?

 
Sr. Manager of FP&A direct hire opening in Montvale
Location - Montvale , NJ (just off GSP 172)
Software - TM1 a huge plus but not required
Education - MBA preferred, Degree in Finance or Economics
Experience - 5 years of experience strategic planning and financial modeling, with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting preferred.  Investment banking background with strong cash flow and balance sheet and income statement analysis.  Experience w/mergers and acquisitions.  Retail industry knowledge a plus.
