ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
In this program, we will review basic principles of stress and explore stress
and coping in the context of living in transition.  Topics include the mind/body
stress relationship, specific stressors inherent in transition, and coping
tools.  The program is interactive and includes opportunities to practice basic
stress management skills.
 
ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Al Brockwell, Ph.D., is an organizational psychologist with a diverse career
spanning roles in global corporations, public safety, government, consulting,
and academe.  His areas of expertise include executive development and coaching,
senior human resources planning, personnel assessment, and enhancing performance
in high stress environments. 

 
Career highlights include coaching global executives and teams to manage stress
and enhance performance, designing and facilitating strategic talent management
and succession planning programs, and supporting intelligence operations as a
CIA Psychologist.  In addition to using a broad range of assessment tools and
methodologies for individuals and teams, Dr. Brockwell uses biofeedback and
neurofeedback training to enhance the mind-body connection in performance.  Dr.
Brockwell has served on the adjunct faculty of Purchase College, SUNY and Baruch
College, CUNY, where he taught courses in Performance Psychology, Stress and
Coping, Sport Psychology, and Social Psychology.  His volunteer service includes
working with the Disaster Mental Health services of the American Red Cross and
providing psychological services as part of Westchester County's Medical Reserve
Corps.  Dr. Brockwell earned his doctorate in Psychology from The City
University of New York and is a licensed Psychologist in New York State.

JOB PURPOSE:

The position is for a Business Analyst with Healthcare background. The company is located in Western Essex County in New Jersey. They will not relocate, so all candidates must live within commutable distance. Basically this software company wants a solid Business Analyst, with an excellent presention and healthcare experience.
