Solutions Engineers in King of Prussia PA

We currently have 2 contract to hire opportunities for Solutions Engineers at a
major company in King of Prussia, PA. This position supports Business
Development in defining, assessing and estimating enhanced and custom
functionality identified during the sales cycle. The SE is a partner in the
sales process, participates in the creation of sales strategy and tactics and
takes ownership of technical responsibilities during the Sales cycle. This may
include but is not limited to presentations, demos, systems analysis, and
participation in strategic opportunity assessment. The Solutions Engineer is
responsible for driving the successful and timely delivery of client solution
definition, contract exhibits and estimates through the use of established
procedures and practices set by the Technology Sales Enablement (TSE) group.
This position reports to the Director of TSE.


Qualifications:
* 5+ years minimum experience end-to-end e-Commerce, tools, backoffice and
fulfillment systems knowledge preferred
* Demonstrated ability to interact, across, and down business and
technology organizations
* Project Management and/or Business/Systems Analysis experience is a plus
* Prior involvement with high-visibility projects and managing multiple
projects concurrently
* Previous support for sales of enterprise software, SaaS or Managed
Services solutions to a combination of large Enterprise accounts and data
centers a plus.

* Contribution to and/or leadership in responses to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs is
a plus

Some travel is required


Responsibilities:
A person in this position will be required to:
* Interact with prospects and account services/business management on
behalf of ETB

* Operate in a multi-function role often consisting of; project
management, document management, system analyst, system architect,
implementation, and training

* Capture and manage Client requirements during the Sales process
* Work with ETB SMEs crafting appropriate solutions and facilitating the
estimate generation process and upon signing
* Own contract exhibits in terms of feature and functionality and
estimation
* Work with new client launch stakeholders in the ETB Account Services
organization to define launch and post-launch delivery strategies.

* Inform ETB Products Organization of existing client capabilities or
client functional requests including product and platform gaps identified
during sales cycle.

A person in this position must have the ability to:
* Meet commitments, work autonomously, accept accountability
* Lead and manage multiple simultaneous initiatives
* Work collaboratively with matrixed resources
* Gain consensus on initiatives and solutions up, down, across the
Organization

The SE must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal; up,
down and cross-functionally with Ecommerce Technology Business, Business
Development and Business Management.
