Summary:

This position is responsible for managing the Eagle Star Product Support
team in support of the Fund Accounting Business. This person must be
capable of managing teams in a high-energy situation, requiring split-second
decision making, and excellent follow through.

This same person must also be capable of setting a strategic direction for
the support organization, coordinating with the business and product
development to create an integrated vision for product support.

The candidate will also be responsible for developing MIS reporting and
group performance metrics, and for developing training programs for the on
boarding of new support personnel and also for the training of CSG teams.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
· Previous Support Management experience running a small team –
Hands on & engaged.
· 8+ years supporting Fund Accounting Systems – Required.
· An intimate knowledge of fund accounting, & a detailed
understanding of the workings of Eagle Star – Required.
· The ability to create a close working relationship with internal
user groups & key vendors.
· Working knowledge of the technologies involved in Eagle Star Fund
Accounting (ORACLE, UNIX, PL/SQL, C++).
· This person must be knowledgeable, and decisive.
· This individual must also be a strategic thinker capable of
setting a direction for the product support function.

Position Responsibilities – Summary

The Data Center Manager takes care of the physical aspects of the data
center(s) - racking, stacking, electrical, mechanical, how equipment is
populated, etc. This person's team works with the physical building
security and Real Estate.

This position is responsible for operations and management of the firm's
IDFs, MDFs and Data Centers globally. By working with Real Estate, this
role ensures that Data Center environmental equipment is functioning
properly, maintained and closely monitored. This position manages staff
that supports equipment installation, infrastructure cabling, racking &
stacking activities for all of IS.

The Data Center management team supports department relocation activities as
it pertains to cabling installations, removals, and reorganizations. In
addition, this role works directly with mechanical, electrical, and cabling
contractors to schedule moves, adds and changes as well as coordinating
preventative maintenance schedules and trouble shooting of environmental
equipment issues.

Detailed Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day facility operation of Data Centers in MA and CT.
· Manage equipment and cable installations at Massachusetts locations.
· Supports disaster recovery cabling needs for Massachusetts locations.
· Manage staff of 4 -6 individuals and assigns tasks, defines work and
schedules for Data Facilities Management.
· Attends meetings that involve Data Facilities Management.
· Manages changes that involve Data Facilities Management and assigns
resources to support changes 7 x 24 x 365.
· Ensures Remedy tickets are resolved by Data Facilities Management in a
timely manner.
· Works closely with outside vendors that support Data Center and Cabling
installations, maintenance activities and resolution of any equipment
failures.

Keys to this Position:

1. Seeking a senior seasoned Data Center Manager that is hands on with 15+
years managing the physical aspects/operations (cabling, racking and
stacking), but is also able to effectively present to Senior Management.
Strong presence required.

2. The candidate needs to have recently managed a 7500 square foot data
center or more - preferably a Tier 3 (as defined by uptime institute) or
greater.

3. This role has global responsibility of all data center as well as IDF and
MDF. This role will primarily focus on the firm's 2 largest Data Centers
(Marlborough, MA and Windsor, CT). This includes splitting their time
between both and could include travel, with notice, to any of the other
locations. The candidate will be based in Marlborough but will evenly split
their time between Marlborough and Windsor.

4. The candidate needs to speak to (1) Their ability to help the firm set
their global Data Center standards and (2) Their ability to help them get
all of their Data Centers to meet those standards.

5. The candidate will be well versed in the most current Data Center
technologies (green data center approaches, continuity planning, & the
latest cabling standards).

6. They will need experience running a 'lights out' data center.

7. Management: this individual will initially manage a small team of
employees and consultants. This person will need to have experience
managing budgets and working with vendors, trades and firms that cater to
the upkeep, maintenance and care of data centers.

8. The Data Center Manager takes care of the physical aspects of the data
center(s) - racking, stacking, electrical, mechanical, how equipment is
populated, etc. This person's team works with the physical building
security and Real Estate.

9. The candidate needs to have managed multiple Data Centers in a 24X7,
Mission Critical Environment – Investment Management or Financial Services
background ideal.

10. In addition, skills below are required.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· 15 + years experience with Data Center operations, cabling (voice/data) -
(copper/fiber), environmental data center equipment (UPS, Generator, PDU,
and fire protection.
· Working knowledge of network cabling (LAN) and data center facility
equipment (power/cooling).
· Experience with Data Center layout, design, and engineering.
· Experience managing staff.
· Knowledge of change management controls/processes, installation/removal of
equipment - Unix/Wintel, Network, NAS, SAN, Telco.
· Excellent organizational, customer and communication skills.
· Four-year undergraduate degree preferred
· Willingness to travel as required to remote sites as needed
· Hands on experience with MS Office products

Position Responsibilities – Summary

The role is in a Global Markets Rates IT team, which is responsible for
delivering solutions to the GM Rates business. The Global Rates business
consists of the Government & Agency, Interest Rate Derivative and Mortgage
Backed Securities structuring and trading businesses. The Global Rates
business is a market-leading provider of innovative investment, risk
management and financing solutions to Corporate, Governments and
Institutional Investors globally.

The group is looking for a strong results-driven individual with a strong
broad technical background and good analytical and problem solving skills.
The person will play a critical role in development of the technical
architecture for a major application and will work with the business and IT
teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions. The role will
also be involved in a number of other initiatives that will span the
Investment Banking IT organization.

Detailed Responsibilities:

As an architect, the person will drive the technical strategy for the
project. The candidate will be required to work closely with the project
managers, the business analysts, the development team, as well as the
central architecture teams and will encompass all architecture functions
including:

· Defining the target state architecture and technology stack
· Owning the application engineering book of work and roadmap
· Contributing to and vetting the design of all new components
· Producing and prototyping detailed designs
· Defining tool and development standards for the group
· Implementing some select core components

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Minimum of seven years of hands-on experience in Enterprise
Technical Architecture strategy and implementation gained in a front office

· Ability to deal with constantly changing / very dynamic front
office environment.

· Fluent UML, design patterns

· Expert level Java and Adobe Flex
