Technology Skills Requirements:

* TCP/IP and common routing topologies, Cisco routers and
switches

The Network Engineer is responsible for maintaining WAN and core
infrastructure including multiple data center co-Location facilities.
The engineer participates in the day-to-day operation of these networks,
assisting in the development of technical solutions for all of network
infrastructure systems in support of the company's goals and objectives.

Infrastructure includes, but is not limited to, VMware, EMC SAN's, CISCO
routers/switches and VoIP, Juniper Networks firewalls, intrusion
detection and VPN and load balancers. He/She will be expected to execute
the assigned WAN/LAN initiatives and fiscal projects to ensure timely
and accurate implementation. Advises and makes recommendations to the
hosting manager and significantly contributes to the architecture &
design concerning infrastructure, telecom and related WAN/LAN systems

Responsibilities:

* Network infrastructure configuration, support and management
including availability, connectivity, performance, security, and
protection; maintenance of network documentation.

* Work closely with management, support staff to ensure rapid
resolution of IT issues.

* Participate in establishing and implementing backup and
recovery policies and practices.

* Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of product
standards for IT infrastructure. Product standards may include
configuration templates, approved hardware lists, O/S revisions and
design templates

* Direct data and server backups and restorations; manage the
development, testing, and execution of disaster recovery and business
continuity plans. Proactive in monitoring systems and problem solving
skills. Support others in analyzing and resolving difficult problems
involving any part of the Infrastructure systems.

* Will be required to work outside usual hours of business to
support servers, systems, and services without impeding access to these
servers and services during usual business hours.

* Coordinate vendor escalations and support for critical issues,
acting as a bridge between the vendors' engineering resources and
support staff.

* Assist in strategy and design for company's
network/communications infrastructure

* Assist in development of standard operating procedures for
Network Operations processes

* Advise internal team, providing solutions to information
technology problems and needs

* Assist in management of all IT assets; software, hardware,
peripherals, telephony equipment

* Assist in efforts to prepare for and participate in audits
regarding the Network Infrastructure.

Additional Responsibilities

* Manage project time, status and expense reporting
appropriately.

* Attend competency, department and organizational meetings as
required.

* Support the development of internal processes and
documentation.

* Support all aspects of the help desk as needed.

Qualifications:

* 6+ years experience with the primary focus of responsibility
involves a broad range of hands-on technical implementation and
administration activities in a highly available environment.

* Experience in EMC SAN and VMWare administration.

* Experience with the maintenance of LAN and WAN Technologies.

* Extensive knowledge of current IT concepts, issues, practices,
methodologies, and trends, particularly those relevant to Network design
and administration.

* Fosters a team oriented and supportive environment Ability to
communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form. Ability to
establish work priorities.

I am beginning a new search for a very senior level Program and Project Director.
This person will need to have very solid senior level program and project management background, change management, strong business acumen, verifiable people and project leadership, and a leadership/CIO mentality.
Experience consulting or a VP/CIO level background would be helpful.
Political savvy and ability to think, speak and operate from a business perspective is crucial for this opportunity.
SAP would be a nice as would be the PMP certificate.
Total cash compensation will be in the low $200k range.

We currently have an opening for a Senior Accountant in Morristown, NJ. This position will interact with SM Senior Leadership, plant accounting teams, FP&A, business CFOs, Honeywell Corp, Auditors, Outsourced BPO.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist the Accounting & Reporting Department in the month end consolidation and reporting process, including but not limited to booking journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, performing reserve analysis, patents accounting.
• Joint Venture (JV) accounting, month end closing and reporting process, including but not limited to booking journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, performing reserve analysis, patents accounting.
• Prepare and complete various reporting schedules for, month end, quarter end and year end, including tax package preparation and ad hoc requests. Various Other: Monitor Non-Standard entry process monthly, process checks for deposit, Audit I/Co invoices
• Assist dept with ad hoc projects and reporting, such as global chart of accounts alignment, system implementations and testing, assist outsourced BPO.

Capabilities & Job Complexity:

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or 10 years equivalent accounting experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in an Accounting Consolidation environment strongly preferred
• CPA preferred.
• Greenbelt/Six-Sigma certification preferred.
