A Global Financial Firm located in Warren, NJ has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Business/Project Analyst.
Scope:
One of the responsibilities of the corporate TPISA Program is to provide Company businesses with the tools and processes by which to assess the information security (IS) controls of those Third Parties to whom Company outsources various services, especially when information classified as Confidential or higher is shared with said Third Parties.
Responsibilities:
Supporting efforts to update the existing Third Party Assessment Questionnaire (TPAQ), which is the primary tool used to collect information about our third parties' IS controls.
Supporting the development/documentation of the TPAQ Guidance, which assists the assessors with determining if a third party's responses are adequate.
Helping to define Quality Assurance tests and Success Criteria to ensure that the assessors' documentation aligns with the TPAQ Guidance.
Developing training/awareness materials targeted to the assessors regarding the new questions and Guidance.
Core Competencies:
Excellent written, verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
Strong customer focus and ability to manage activities within client expectations.
Superior use of MS Productivity Software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with minor supervision, as well as in a team environment.
Ability to promote teamwork within/across groups.
Analytical, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
Ethical, accountable, and customer focused.
Desired:
Certifications in relevant disciplines (CISA, CISSP).
Proficient in SharePoint Programming.
