Contract-Hire Sr. Manager/PMO Manager (III)
This person will be responsible for establishing and managing the Project Management Office. Responsibilities will include providing support to the PMO Director, developing and documenting PMO standards, practices and methodologies, and planning program of projects to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (Finance, Business Administration or other related field)
PMP is preferred
Strong experience in managing system conversion/implementation projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
Knowledge of trading, settlements, finance and middle/back office processes of broker-dealer entities
Financial Services experience is a MUST!
Contract-Hire Sr. Manager/VP of Finance-Strategy & Program Manager (V)
This person will be responsible for developing and implementing Finance strategy, providing business management support to Sr. Management, provide framework for managing projects, develop technology plan, ensuring that projects are aligned with corporate goals and act as liaison between Finance and IT.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (Finance, Business Administration or related field)
CPA required
PMP required
Strong Finance and IT background
Strong business process improvement and project management experience
Strong business analysis experience
Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
Knowledge of financial products such as derivatives and trade lifecycles
Contract-Hire Finance Project Manager (IX)
This person will be responsible for assisting with implementing finance strategies, provide business management support to upper management, building project teams and leading them throughout the entire project lifecycle, tracking progress and conducting meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
PMP is a MUST!
CPA is preferred
Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
Strong experience with leading teams
Prior experience in Financial Services is a MUST!
Project Manager Consultant (XI)
This individual will be responsible for managing project implementations including planning, documenting, managing data and interacting with Finance and IT division to support business or system changes.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
CPA required
PMP required
Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS
Strong knowledge of project methodologies, business analysis and process design
Financial Services Industry experience is a MUST!
