Job Description A major Bank located in New York City is looking for a Equity Trading Support Manager/ Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the Equity Trading and Sales Trading Desk.
Support the Applications that are used on trading desks.
Monitoring electronic trading systems and server side software to ensure systems are working correctly.
Identifying troubleshooting and responding to emergency situations impacting live trading.
Working with the traders to understand and implement client connectivity requirements.
Deploy upgrades and patches.
Skills Required 2+ years IT Support experience in the Equities Electronic Trading Environment.
Must be comfortable using standard UNIX utilities to debug, trace and problem solving.
Knowledge of FIX messaging protocol and be able to conduct client testing.
Experience with and understanding of databases and SQL.
VB/EXCEL/BASH and other scripting experience.
Targeted Systems: ULLINK, FIDESA, REDI and FLEX TRASE.
Education: BS/MS in Computer Science
Salary Range Up to 120k plus bonus.

Actively participates in the formulation and process development of oral solid dosage forms and sterile implants. Collaborates with development scientist in the design and execution of experimental plans. Manufactures cGMP clinical material as required.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical processing such as cGMPS, SOPs, granulation and compression techniques. 3 â" 5 yearsâ experience in a development or manufacturing environment, early phase development is a plus.
Computer skills must include Word, Excel and Powerpoint, prior use of statistical software is beneficial.
Written and verbal communication skills are required for report writing, notebook record keeping and to communicate experimental results to peer and management.
Hands-on knowledge of in-process testing and material characterization techniques.
Qualifications:
A BS level scientific degree (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry) or equivalent experience is required.
This position requires the ability to perform hands-on work with laboratory and manufacturing equipment and integration of results to solve scientific problems.

· Develop expense forecasts for estimates and budgets. Build and maintain the model for headcount, payroll, and external expense accounts.
· Cooperate with internal Business Partners.
· Develop gross sales variance analysis, actuals vs. budget and estimate.
· Explain gross sales variance by volume and price.
· Develop sales / expense comment sheet with detailed back-up for the narrative.
Requirements:
· Bachelorâs Degree in Finance preferred
· 3+ years on hands-on corporate experience in financial planning and analysis
· Pharmaceutical Finance experience is a plus
· Hands-on Excel modeling and scenario analysis, linking, Excel charting, pivot tables, formula nesting, lookups, statistical analysis and forecasting
· Experience presenting data in PowerPoint
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Clarity of thinking, analytical ability and desire/ability to learn

· Draft, review and negotiate agreements with vendors, consultants, suppliers, healthcare practitioners and other entities
Requirements:
· 3-5+ years in house counsel in a company in the pharmaceutical or biologics industries
· JD degree and admitted to practice in at least one state
· Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for certification as New Jersey In-House Counsel
· Experience in all aspects of the sales and marketing of pharmaceuticals, including issues relating to FDA regulations, PHRMA Code, OIG, anti-kickback, fraud and abuse and compliance issues
· Prior experience serving on a promotional review committee
· Experience drafting and negotiating contracts in the pharmaceutical or biologics industries
· Must be able to communicate effectively at all level
· Ability to travel 5% of the time, both domestically and internationally
