Job candidates can prepare for interviews, but if they don't understand what's hiding behind the interviewer's questions or what they're being tested on, chances are that at times they'll miss their targets.
TCN's October 24th meeting will feature an exciting presentation by career coach Alex Freund, entitled:
"THE INTERVIEWER'S HIDDEN AGENDA"
The audience will learn about:
* What's behind interviewers' subtle and often hidden agendas?
* How to think like an interviewer?
* What are typical interview questions and what is their purpose?
* What are good interview answers to common questions?
This is a highly interactive presentation with the audience. Attendees will gain a significant amount of knowledge regarding how to answer certain common interview questions well.
