NMS Labs is seeking a Lab Analyst
to perform routine analyses of abused and therapeutic drugs in patient samples
(e.g. serum, blood, urine, tissue, etc.). Duties include instrument
maintenance and set-up; preparation and validation of reagents, controls and
calibrators; sample preparation and analysis using GC/MS and troubleshooting
and calibration of lab instrumentation and equipment. 
 
Minimum requirements include a
bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science plus 2 years
related work experience in a lab. Experience with GC/MS is a
must. Candidate must be dependable and display a strong work ethic,
possess exceptional attention to detail, and have good computer skills
including Excel and windows software. Candidates must be willing to work 2ndshift. Hours for this position are Tuesday through Saturday, 3pm-11:30pm.

We are currently seeking a Controller. As Controller, you will be a senior member of our accounting and finance team in our Princeton, NJ headquarters office location. The Controller will direct and coordinate daily accounting operations and required financial reporting for Mathematica and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will monitor financial and operating performance against budgets and forecasts and present financial results to senior management. Key functions of this position include assuming responsibility for overseeing daily operations and performing administrative functions for the Accounting/Finance department, which includes management and supervision of accounting staff. The Controller will have responsibility for timely month-end close, processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, preparation of monthly reporting, analysis of operating results against the budget, and preparation of consolidating financial statement and
reports, including foreign subsidiaries. Candidates must have up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations related to accounting and federal contracting in order to ensure compliance with reporting requirements and practices. Candidate must have experience directing and supporting financial audits. The Controller will assist with development of the company's business plans and will make recommendations for improvements on corporate financial policies and procedures.

Specific duties of the position include:
· Supervising the Accounting Staff
· Preparing the financial statements and other various reports for internal and external distribution and regulatory reporting
· Maintaining accounting and internal control compliance, policies and systems, and addressing related policy/system/compliance issues
· Assisting with compiling information on a timely basis to support various audits, act as liaison with internal and external auditors, and assist as needed with audits, examinations and financial projects
· Providing advice and assistance to operating division directors and managers in analyzing and interpreting financial data and reports
· Continuous development of financial control and reporting systems - including month end reporting tools, business analysis tools, budgeting systems
· Oversight of functions and systems relative to accounting operations, month-end close activities, capital expenditures, service center analysis
· Directing ad hoc projects based on operations needs or trends; for example, AP improvement plans.
· Participating in annual strategic planning, business plan review, capital investment decisions, pricing analysis and strategies
· Presenting in meetings with senior management, board of directors, and audit committee

To be considered for this high profile opportunity, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
· Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA or MBA preferred) with a minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience gained in a government contracting environment
· In depth knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, incurred cost submission preparation, GAAP, FAR, CAS, DFAR, reporting knowledge, and budget and forecasting experience
· Additional experience in areas of financing, and cash management is also desirable. A combination of equivalent education and work experience may be substituted.
