Team Overview:
The FP&A team is responsible for deriving, analyzing and interpreting business results to facilitate decision making throughout the organization and drive accountability.  General areas of responsibility for the team include:
-          Evaluating financial results (actual, forecast, budget),  including analysis of variance and trend, business drivers and headcount
-          Managing financial processes, both across and on behalf of the organization, including monthly forecast, annual budget and intercompany allocations
-          Producing recurring business reporting packages (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), including support for internal management, committee meetings and external auditors
-          Administering Portfolio Manager compensation, including pro-forma analytics for proposed changes to compensation terms, unit contribution analyses and support for capital allocations
-          Reviewing and managing financial hierarchies
-          Providing ad hoc analytics as required

Individual Responsibilities:
-          Proficiently use internal databases and systems for effective data retrieval and reporting
-          Proactively design and deliver relevant analytics to address key business needs
-          Implement efficient, repeatable processes for creating and updating deliverables
-          Recognize opportunities for best practices both within the team and across the organization
-          Participate in various team and department projects and analytics, as needed
-          Primary responsibilities to include management reporting deliverables, i.e. expense management, monthly forecast process, allocations
 
Qualifications:
-          Bachelor's Degree, preferably with some coursework in finance, economics, or statistics
-          4-8 years relevant work experience with increasing responsibilities
-          Experience with management reporting; experience with consulting, financial planning or strategy a plus
-          Knowledge of the financial services industry
-          Proficient in innovative problem solving and efficient process design when analyzing complex information
-          Self-motivated with initiative and drive to meet required deadlines
-          Analytically minded with uncompromising attention to detail and accuracy

Position reports to: Director, Business Systems Management

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Business System Analyst to lead the technical
development, implementation and support processes for Global Supply Chain by
supporting all future manufacturing systems development from design to post
implementation support.

Responsibilities:

. Assists IT Director for Supply Chain by identifying opportunities for
process and systems improvements. Supporting disciplines include Business
Case Development, Requirements Definition, Systems Analysis, System Design,
Application Programming/Configuration, Integrated System Testing, System
Implementation and Quality Assurance.

. Supports the IT Global Supply Chain group by maintaining good working
relationships with the other IT groups for Server, Database, Network, Help
Desk, DTS, and Infrastructure support.

. Functions as a technical expert and maintains technical capabilities
for JD Edwards (Oracle) for Enterprise Resource Planning

. Assists in the development of requisite systems plans and technology
architectures to support the supply chain.

. Supports the relevant IT standards and methodologies and develop and
maintain an appropriate level of systems documentation.

. Works with the Supply Chain staff to leverage 'best practices' for
manufacturing into business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

. Four-year college degree in Computer Science, Business, or related
fields. Experience and/or other training will be considered in lieu of a
degree. An advance degree is a decided plus.

. Solid understanding of IT and Supply Chain Manufacturing Best
Practices, concepts and processes including, MRP, Procurement, Work Order
Management, Inventory.

. Management skills - proven ability to work with, interact, and
influence senior Supply Chain managers and other business executives.

. 10-15 years of relevant experience in JD Edwards Manufacturing
solutions.

. 10+ years of supervisory responsibilities.

. Full Project Life Cycle Management.

. Management of software supplier relationships

. Management of systems integrators for ERP applications

. Technical experience in AIX/Oracle database environments

. Extensive experience in global consumer goods.

. Ability to operate in a matrixed, global environment.

. Extensive experience operating with business teams at the highest
levels.

. Excellent organization and time management, vendor management, and
project management skills.

. Ability to generate results through 3rd party working relationships.

. Excellent communications (written and oral), change management,

Job Description                   A major Bank Holding Company located in New York City is looking for a Project Manager RFDW Reference Data.
                                                  The positions requires the candidate to support  the Fixed Income Flow business in London from a Finance
                                                  Requirements standpoint.  This platform will then be rolled out globally supporting the migration of Finance onto
                                                  The system and the on-boarding of the US and Asia Fixed Income Business.
 
                                                   Responsibilities:
 
                                                   The position requires   a hands-on Project Manager / Business Analyst to track, monitor and coordinate the implementation
                                                   Of the data modeling and reference data integration platforms supporting the global build and rollout of RFDW for FI Flow.
                                                   The candidate will assist the Stream Lead and Program Manager with project coordination tasks and manager cross team
                                                    Independencies for this project.  The candidate will also create functional specification documents.
 
                                                     The groups organization has a matrix structure, the candidate will not have line management responsibilities.  The line
                                                     Management of the development teams based in New York, London and Singapore will be the responsibility of the
                                                     Regional development leads (peers), although as the project manager, the candidate will have overall responsibility for
                                                     Tracking and delivering the solution.
 
                                                      The candidate will be expected to interface with many senior people and will liaise with Front Office IT and Finance stakeholders
                                                       So strong communication skills are essential.
 
Skills Required                            5+  years as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in an application development team.
 
                                                          3+ years experience as a Business Analyst creating functional specifications and requirements gathering
 
                                                           2+ years experience as a Project Manager.
 
                                                           Experience creating presentations and presenting to Director/Managing Director Levels.
 
                                                           Must have Finance knowledge
 
                                                            Understanding of various development processes (SDLC, SCRUM, RUP, etc.
 
                                                             Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Project, VISIO,WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint is required.
 
                                                             Knowledge or Finance, Credit Risk and Market Risk.

                                              Responsibilities:
 
                                              Responsible of overseeing and managing all aspects of the Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program.
                                              This position will report to the CFO.
 
                                               Coordinate testing with both the external and internal auditors.
 
                                                Manage the quarter and year-end certifications required for Sections 302 and 404 of the SOX program.
 
Skills Required                  Public accounting experience is desirable but not required.
 
                                                Minimum of 6 years overall experience with at least 3 years experience in the areas of internal audit, internal controls
