Hands-on position for the full development cycle, from requirements collection to final deployment, and includes ongoing support for internal users. The successful candidate will work with an existing team of highly technical engineers to extend the functionality and performance of our sophisticated trading system that manages significant amounts of the firm's capital. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Software Developer to become a key contributor and work side by side with our highly talented team of software engineers, quantitative strategists, and traders on cutting-edge technology and sophisticated quantitative strategies at our corporate headquarters in Jersey City, NJ.

Requirements:
· BS, MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or closely related field, with a high GPA.
· Demonstrated experience working on the design, implementation, and deployment of large, complex software projects.
· High level of expertise in systems programming on UNIX and Windows.
· High level of expertise in a variety of programming languages, including C/C++, Java, and scripting languages.
· Familiarity with database systems and languages, in particular Oracle and SQL.
· Familiarity with software development tools, such as version control, project management, and bug tracking systems.
· Ability to understand sophisticated mathematical and financial concepts.
· Ability to take responsibility and work independently in a high-pressure, time-critical environment.
· Ability to work cooperatively with programmers, traders, and management.
· High attention to detail.

Description A major Broker Dealer located in Jersey City, New Jersey is looking for a SOX Compliance Manager.
Responsibilities:
Responsible of overseeing and managing all aspects of the Company's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program.
This position will report to the CFO.
Coordinate testing with both the external and internal auditors.
Manage the quarter and year-end certifications required for Sections 302 and 404 of the SOX program.
Skills Required Public accounting experience is desirable but not required.
Minimum of 6 years overall experience with at least 3 years experience in the areas of internal audit, internal controls
Assessment and /or SOX 404 evaluation and testing.
Prior work experience managing and supervising senior and junior-level staff resources in the areas of internal audit
Or SOX 404.
Must have demonstrated experience with/knowledge of: Sections 302 and 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, PCAOB
Standards regarding internal control testing, audit planning and execution, internal control design, business process flow
Documentation, GAAP financial accounting and SEC reporting.
Regulated broker-dealer, capital markets and/or financial services experience is essential.
A Bachelor's Degree is required with a major in Accounting.
A CIA, CPA or other related accounting professional certification is desirable but not required.
Series 7, 27 or other relevant industry licenses is a plus.
Salary Range This is a full time position which will pay between 125k to 150k plus bonus based on experience.

The positions requires the candidate to support the Fixed Income Flow business in London from a Finance
Requirements standpoint. This platform will then be rolled out globally supporting the migration of Finance onto
The system and the on-boarding of the US and Asia Fixed Income Business.
Responsibilities:
The position requires a hands-on Project Manager / Business Analyst to track, monitor and coordinate the implementation
Of the data modeling and reference data integration platforms supporting the global build and rollout of RFDW for FI Flow.
The candidate will assist the Stream Lead and Program Manager with project coordination tasks and manager cross team
Independencies for this project. The candidate will also create functional specification documents.
The groups organization has a matrix structure, the candidate will not have line management responsibilities. The line
Management of the development teams based in New York, London and Singapore will be the responsibility of the
Regional development leads (peers), although as the project manager, the candidate will have overall responsibility for
Tracking and delivering the solution.
The candidate will be expected to interface with many senior people and will liaise with Front Office IT and Finance stakeholders
So strong communication skills are essential.
Skills Required 5+ years as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in an application development team.
3+ years experience as a Business Analyst creating functional specifications and requirements gathering
2+ years experience as a Project Manager.
Experience creating presentations and presenting to Director/Managing Director Levels.
Must have Finance knowledge
Understanding of various development processes (SDLC, SCRUM, RUP, etc.
Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Project, VISIO,WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint is required.
