Posted by: "Keith Bogen SPHR" keith.bogen@yahoo.com   hrslugger2002

Tue Mar 16, 2010 11:16 pm (PDT)

Princeton, NJ has a project need for a Workforce Planning PM. Client is looking to establish processes, metrics and analytics around their global workforce. The client has numerous global systems that can provide workforce information (for both employees and temp/consultants) but no control process or central repository to provide meaningful management reports or statistics.
We are looking for a consultant that could do process mapping to identify current state such as where this information is held, what information is available, if temp/consultant headcount is tied back to a budget request, employee bonus tracking, recruiting spend, etc, identify gaps and propose possible solutions/options such as an access data base.
Ideally looking for one consultant to do high level process mapping, interface with C level individuals and to do data mining and extraction of system information.

In summary, looking for a good PM with good process documentation skills as well as a business analyst/data jockey.
