accordance with local, state and federal guidelines in relation to physical
property. The Director will manage the use of professional consultant
services as it relates to architectural design, building materials,

Principal Responsibilities:
Creates and owns the facility strategic plan to support the company's
growth.
Represents the company to local, state and federal officials in order to
gain the appropriate permits and licenses to fulfill the strategic plan.
Directs the appropriate control of facilities and personnel to assure human
and product safety, security and efficiency.
Ensures the cleanroom facilities operate as needed and certification is
maintained.
Directs expansion projects and acquired facilities to insure maximum
performance and profitability through cost control programs and

Oversees project managers during acquisition and expansion projects at new
facilities.
Oversees site selection and construction of new sites and/or the
retrofitting of existing facilities.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree is required. At least 10 years of progressively
responsible experience in the field of facilities management is required. A
minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience is a must.

At least 5 years of managing major projects is required. Must have previous
experience in managing aseptic cleanrooms which are regulated by the FDA.
Experience in dealing with OSHA, EPA and other governing bodies is required.
Must have knowledge of environmental, health & safety compliance.

Experience managing multiple facilities and six sigma certification is
preferred.

with 10+ years experience in supply chain management, production planning
and inventory control in a manufacturing environment. Will require managing
supply chain in a growing business, characterized by rapid new product
development, limited demand history, forecast variability, and expanding
operations. Requires a strong operational and analytical mind to identify
and drive improvements in customer service, working capital and unit cost
structure through standardized processes, performance metrics and systematic
solutions. Will lead a team of professionals that will drive change through

Principal Responsibilities
Business Processes: Develop and deploy next generation supply chain
processes for a rapidly growing business. Process ownership includes supply
planning, capacity planning, new product launch planning, production
scheduling, production line balancing, business planning, and
inventory/working capital planning. Strong linkage into demand planning,
business analytics, and customer service processes.
Business Planning: Participate in the development of the annual business

internal inventory. Align with Commercial team on consignment inventory
requirements and ensure sufficient supply that allows fulfilling consignment
locations. Track and control inventory quantities through work-in-process,
quality assurance, and release status. Responsible for the financial
ownership of inventory at all stages of the supply chain, reducing
opportunities for inventory write-offs, while eliminating stock-out risks.
Direct inventory management processes for excess & obsolete reporting,
floorstock management, and cycle-counting programs.
Production Scheduling: Deliver schedules that drive on-time delivery,
maximize utilization of facilities and resources, and accomplish unit cost
goals. Establish demand fences for optimal inventory control while
utilizing scenario planning to minimize the impact of forecast variability.
Direct preparation of production work schedules in various sections of
manufacturing. Organize and coordinate various sections of manufacturing.
Performance Measurement: Establish dashboards and metrics for managing
manufacturing and inventory performance. Create processes for establishing
accountability, driving performance improvement and managing issues.
General Management: Recommends new policies or procedures as necessary.
Directs assembly of cost control and statistical data and the development of
material selection standards. Approves process specification and design
standards. Oversees preparation and control of departmental annual budget.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business, science, or engineering is required. An
advanced degree in science or engineering is highly desirable. MBA and/or
APICS certification is preferred.
Planning system experience from a functional role and/or implementation team
experience is required. Must have a proven ability to work with a
multiplicity of cross-functional groups to meet corporate objectives. Must
have strong financial skills with an ability to anticipate P&L impact.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are required. Previous project management
experience is a must.
The ability to frame business issues, analyze options, and concisely
articulate a course of action to scientific and financial audiences highly
desirable. Strong analytical and scenario modeling skills is a plus. Proven
leadership, management, people and team development skills is an assett.
Agility to deftly move between strategic and tactical operational issues is
preferred.
Must have significant experience - a history of accomplishment and
advancement - in Supply Chain, Operations, or Program Management.
