The VP Finance will be specifically responsible for:
• Developing and managing the company’s financial tying together all important financial and strategic objectives while ensuring alignment with vision, core values, strategic objectives and operating principles
• Leading the company’s financial reporting, LLC partner reporting, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, treasury, forecasting, and financial planning functions
• Working closely with the company’s outside audit firm and developing appropriate internal risk management function
• Developing, maintaining, and enhancing positive relationships with global bankers , institutional investors, and limited partners.
• Overseeing general ledger and financial information technology systems that streamline
operations and maintain proper records while affording adequate accounting controls and services
• Working closely with the Executive Team to ensure accurate and timely reporting and accessibility of key financial performance indicators to support key decision making
• Creating and maintaining annual and quarterly financial plans and monitoring/reporting the company’s results
• Overseeing all aspects of the company’s treasury, tax and cash management function
· Liaise with and support outside tax advisors in developing global tax strategy and preparation of tax reporting requirements, including legal entity K-1’s.
• Providing and inspiring excellence in all financial disciplines
resulting in a balanced and competent world-class finance & treasury team

Requirements:
