We are currently engaged in a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Planning project that requires 1 consultant in Piscataway, NJ for 3 months.
The appropriate consultant will be responsible for managing inventory levels for multiple external client distributors. You will be asked to manage communications for multiple accounts. You will analyze and forecast daily inventory feeds, orders, and shipments on a consistent basis to ensure a high level of service. Using metrics, you will be responsible for identifying improvements within the distribution process to increase efficiency, replenishment rate, and service levels.
