JVN: # 836-10-4598B : The division seeks a dynamic individual who will be serving as a Senior Technical Manager. The individual will be responsible for overseeing enhancements to the existing application and development of new functions, as well as, identifying application system alternatives to enhance performance and achieve the needs of user environment; recommend solutions, application system design approaches and revisions, in order to streamline programming and operation of the system. 4. A satisfactory combination of education and experience equivalent to "1", "2" or "3" above. However, all candidates must have at least a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or recognized accrediting organization and must possess at least three years of experience as described in "1" above, including the 18 months of administrative, managerial, executive or supervisory experience as described in ââ¬Å" 1ââ¬ï¿½ above.

Preferred Skills:
10 + years of working experience with AIX, DOS, Windows, SQL, SAS, Power Builder (version 10 and HTML experience is a plus). Knowledge of mainframe back ends, AIX shell and Ruby scripting.
Stored procedure and shell script coding skills is a must
Project lead, business analysis, application architecture and database design experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience with the full development lifecycle
Extensive knowledge of Content manager development; SWING; Struts/Hibernate
Rational Application Developer V6 and V7; J2EE; EJB 2; JDK 1.4 & 1.5; SWING; Struts 2; JSP/Servlet; JDBC with DB2 UDB V 8.2. & V 9.5.

JVN: # 836-10-4592B: The primary function of this position will be to design and develop Business Objects universes and reports for various parts of the business based on business requirements. The Senior Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creation of requirements as well as educate and mentor them in the use of BOXI. Also, the person will be responsible to maintain the Data warehouse architecture and universes for the Department of Finance. Additionally, the analyst will be part of a team responsible for the Business Objects infrastructure (server installation, configuration and tuning) and administration and thus providing continuous and quality BI service to the Business. Will also be responsible for making architectural decisions about the Business Objects environment in order to optimize it and guarantee successful evolutions.

This position will provide executive management and oversight to a global QA team that supports multiple LOB's. The candidate is responsible for ensuring exceptional quality in the delivery of testing services by a 3rd party vendor, implementing target processes and tools, and managing the governance and executive oversight to the business technology team. This includes issue escalation; conflict resolution; metric and defect management and reporting; vendor management, staffing, and process design, Scope for this role is Quality Assurance throughout the SDLC, not just traditional testing services, requiring effective influence across reporting lines. Propose solutions and innovative plans on process redesign, tools, measurement and control. Directly manages at least one experienced manager and greater than 50 vendor resources. Exceptional communication, both verbal and in written presentation, is a must.

We are seeking multiple full time permanent Software Engineers to work as members of the Java/J2EE-based product engineering teams building the next generation of our client companyâs products and services in King of Prussia, PA. We need junior level (3 years), mid level (6 years) and Sr. level (10+ years) Core Java, JSP, J2EE developers. Experience with Spring MVC is a plus but not required. All candidates must have EAD, Green Card or US Citizenship status.
As a member of a cross-functional development team, Software Engineers work closely with Database, Architecture, Quality Assurance, Project Management and other software teams to implement technology solutions for new and existing products and services. Software Engineers participate in all phases of product development including: planning, analysis, design, development, testing and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
Implement new features, components, and services from specs employing Java-based technologies with little direct supervision.
* Participate in requirements analysis and development planning activities.
* Assist in resolving testing and production issues when they arise.
* Produce detailed and accurate documentation relating to assigned tasks when necessary.
* Promote highly-collaborative, team-oriented environment, working closely with all levels of product development staff and third-party development teams.
Qualifications:
* BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent), with strong competencies in object-oriented development, data structures, algorithms and software design and architecture.
* 3 â" 10 years experience programming Core Java, JSP and J2EE technologies.
* Coding experience using Web-presentation technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript), SQL scripting, and Unix scripting.
* Solid grasp of software development lifecycle best-practices, methods, and conventions, including but not limited to Test Driven Development, Source Code Management, Continuous Integration, Domain Driven Design, and Dependency Management.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Candidates must have a consistent track record of supporting projects with a duration of at least 1 year.
* Candidates must have experience supporting long term initiatives.
Preferred
* Experience in e-commerce application development.
* Experience working with or developing Open Source projects.
* Experience refactoring existing systems to design patterns.
* Experience with Oracle 10g or higher, Web Logic 10 or higher.
* Experience with MuleESB.
* Extensive (2+ years) experience using Spring and Spring MVC.
