[itroundtable] Fw: World Class IT Service

Event is open to men and women:

WITI New Jersey Presents:

World Class IT Service

Tuesday, May 11, 2010
5:30-8:00

On the surface, one would not think there were many lessons surgical implant giant Stryker Orthopaedics could glean from a luxury hotel chain. But as VP of IT Brian Lurie learned after attending a Ritz Carlton customer service training session, his company must also place the same premium on customer service, whether it means providing a refund on the spot or flying across the country to provide critical tech support. Lurie talks about his company's effort to provide superior service to both internal and external customers by consistently exceeding expectations. He also shares his strategy for marketing IT to the business and encourages IT leaders to build customer loyalty by addressing problems promptly and well.

Speaker(s):
Brian Lurie
VP Information Technology, Stryker Orthopaedics
