- Managing the dependencies and interfaces across the 4 key Client's
workstreams – NPD, Ops, QA, and Marketing
- Working with workstream leaders and external partners to identify and
report on issues, risks and changes; and develop corrective and mitigating
actions
- Initiating action to resolve day to day schedule and budgetary issues
across workstreams
- Reviewing, monitoring and reporting on the progress and trends of
projects against the agreed metrics
- Would need to learn and know intimately Client's' external development/
manufacturing methodology and requirements
- Co-location with Program Director in NJ would be ideal; but could be
managed from anywhere given the global nature of these projects and the
resources working on them
- Strong relationship management skills a must – given the high degree of
cooperation required with multiple 3rd party organizations
- Has to be able to communicate across multiple functions – design,
operational, supply chain, regulatory, marketing, quality and compliance
- Needs to be an excellent multi-tasker given that they will have to
interact with 1 Program Director, 3 external Program Managers and up to 15
workstream *leaders*
