Artech has an urgent contract for one of our direct clients: Job Title: Project Analyst Reporting Location: Morris Plains, NJ Duration: 4 Months Job Description: The successful candidate will become part of a Global organization with specific responsibilities as Business Analyst for integration of Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Request Management processes for the Pfizer and Wyeth combination. Desirable: Certifications in ITIL technologies and familiarity with ServiceCenter Job Description: · Work closely with customers to understand reporting requirements for Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Request Management integration · Document the report specifications and technical diagrams · Work with report developers · Validate completed reports for accuracy Requirements: · 3-5 years IT analytics experience · Experience using ServiceCenter plus · Experience on projects developing and building reporting solutions Recommended Skills: · Communicate and work with customers to define report requirements · Strong verbal and written communications skills · Ability to analyze and correlate information from multiple sources · Develop report formats and specifications · Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management (ITIL best practices). · Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices a plus · Prior experience working in HP's ServiceCenter tool a plus · Strong teamwork skills · Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities · Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision If you are qualified, available, interested, planning to make a change, or know of a friend who might have the required qualifications and interest, please call me ASAP at (973) 993-9383 Ext.3496, even if we have spoken recently about a different position.
