Job Description A major Bank Holding Company is looking for a Muni Project Manager in their New York City office.
Main Duties
Perform management for a variety of key initiatives for the Muni IT team.
Manage and delivery strategic projects such as a planned trading system migration by collaborating with numerous teams across The Bank.
Coordination with other teams across Credit IT division.
Provide regular project tracking and status updates for key initiatives.
Provide input and tracking against program resource requirements against global team foot print.
Skills Required 5+ years project / program management within financial services technology
5+ years experience with global program management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with industry standard best practices project management frameworks such as Six Sigma or similar.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented, deliver-driven individual requiring minimal guidance.
Financial industry experience.
Bachelors or higher Degree in a technical discipline.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
Experience managing resources and budget.
Salary Range This is a full time position for a Vice President and the salary is based on experience.
