NY. Below please find a job description for your review.

Job Title: Project Manager, Online

Department: Portfolio & Progammes, Information Technology

Reports to: Director Portfolio & Programmes

PRIMARY FUNCTION/POSITION SUMMARY:

To lead and manage online related projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Duties include but are not limited to the
following):

§ Responsible for managing the entire Software Development
Lifecycle (SDLC) for key projects (initiation through testing and
deployment).

§ Manage the development and implementation of new systems as
well as maintaining support for existing systems.

§ Co-ordinate and manage team resources responsible for
delivery.

§ Managing technical personnel from various sources including
full-time, consultants or outsourced resources.

§ Ensure that existing applications are providing business
value and continue to align with business requirements.

§ Develop appropriate estimates and budgets in response to
work and change requests.

§ Manage both short term and long range plans for
implementation of technology in support of business and IT strategy.

§ Report status, issues, risks and change requests to
relevant stakeholders on a regular basis. This will include reporting
against budget, productivity, capacity, development effectiveness, and
others as necessary.

§ Interface with business users on a regular basis to ensure
systems objectives are met. Also, maintain a detailed knowledge of both the
business supported and the applications developed (including application
interfaces).

§ Ensure that the production application environment is
operating within agreed SLAs.

§ Responsible for sourcing and hiring of consultant or staff
resources where applicable.

§ Manage and coordinate 3rd party software development,
maintenance and support organisations.

§ Manage the change process and change management approach.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

· 7+ years of IS/IT experience with at least 5 years in a PM role.

· Project management qualification.

· Large enterprise-level, global project management experience is a
must.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and strong abilities to develop and
enhance relationships with clients and peers.

· A genuine depth and sustained exposure to full lifecycle
application development management experience.

· Extended and demonstrable experience in analysis, design, software
development and implementation.

· Significant experience in applications development and SDLC.

· Experience with managing various Microsoft web technology projects
in .NET. Interfacing with Siebel, JDE is preferred.

· Experience in managing teams of up to 20 technical staff in
delivering enterprise business applications.

· Proven track record of successful project delivery in a matrix
structure.

· Experience of managing global projects which might involve 25%
international travel

· Experience of using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall etc

· Proven leadership experience.

· Must demonstrate a professional approach to problem solving. This
includes being able to anticipate problems, and to begin recommending
solutions based on incomplete or missing data.

· Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

· Excellent communications skills; able to engage and influence
business and technology stakeholders.

· Proven ability to motivate, coach, challenge and support project
teams.

· A genuine passion and drive for project delivery and benefits
realization.
