This is Full time or 90 days contract to hire position.
Taking over the existing Informatica processes and designing and coding for the new processes ensuring high quality as well as enhancing the existing one. Responsible for writing technical design documents and follow the software development life cycle and coding standards. Require understanding the problems user or business is facing with the business data and processes and find ways to correct them. Responsible for understanding of existing Informatica processes and find out ways to tune/improve them
Support the business groups by resolving issues and providing guidance and feedback to the user. Require consistent and frequent updates to immediate manager about the project status and concerns, also to other project team members on a need bases.
Perform the role of a Senior Developer based on Agile methodologies
Implement solutions considering accuracy, efficiency and reusability
Design the technical solution, effort estimates and costs for internal and external systems integration needs based on business requirements
Support QA/UAT support and defect resolution
Deployment coordination, including seeking Change Management approvals and build management
Respond to support tickets and resolve issues based on the urgency and the importance of the issue
Handle business and user inquires about data and processes

Application development technologies

At least 5  years of working with Informatica Power Center
Experience with Unix Shell
Experience working with Unix, Linux and Windows platforms
Experience with tools like Data Profiling or Data Cleansing
Familiarity with any BI tool
Database skills

Experience with RDBMS concepts and data modeling
Experience in developing SQL scripts and stored procedures in Oracle or DB2
Design and Architecture

Good understanding of Data Warehouse concepts
Experience in working with high volume data load is a plus
Good understanding of software development life cycle and coding standards
Experience in creating requirements, analysis, design and deployment documents based on Agile development methods
Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus

Experienced IT professional who will report to VP Operations/CEO, responsible for managing overall company-wide infrastructure â€" including ecommerce, retail sales, in-house call center and office infrastructure in support of achieving aggressive business growth objectives in a fast paced organization. This role will lead, mentor, motivate and upgrade, if needed, the talent within the IT organization to achieve high performance. The Director will provide a strategic vision and develop the plan to achieve the organizations goals and objectives
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·        Oversee on-going software development of NetSuite based e-commerce platform
·        Create strategic plan to achieve scalability commensurate with business growth plan
·        Establishes a process to identify and prioritize the most critical IT business needs & identify solutions
·        Planning and implementation of on-going and major modifications to supporting infrastructure in coordination with senior management and marketing team to enable better achievement of business goals

·        Excellent ability to work with and support direct marketing driven organization, requiring strong analytics and rapid response to in-market opportunities
·        Ability to work with limited supervision in a high growth/small company environment
·        Strong communication skills, written and verbal

·        Understanding of supervisory roles on a cash trading desk and an understanding of the governing rules of the various domestic trading bodies: FINRA, OCC and the SEC

·        Manage work flow and deliver superior work quality in a timely manner
·        Provide regular and frequent status and information to team leads and management
·        Maintain and enhance existing business and system documentation
·        Maintain, create and enhance documentation used in compliance and legal documentation
·        Maintain and create system documentation for use in regulatory exams and audits
·        Maintain, create and design report documentation for use by compliance and supervision
·        Demonstrate initiative in identifying and resolving issues relating to business, compliance and technology as well as participate on teams and committees
·        Ability to coach and mentor less senior BAs in the area of business process engineering, work flow analysis, system analysis, use case and test plan development

• The Sr. Business Intelligence Project Manager will participate in and/or lead Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Support within the Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing practice.
• This person will participate in a variety of projects and support activities as required and will help coordinate development and support activities in all phases of the Report and Data Warehouse development lifecycle.
• This person will establish Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing architectures and best practices while closely supporting the Business Intelligence, Ad-hoc Reporting, and Analytical activities of end-users.
