They are the contact point for service-level administration, services marketing, customer satisfaction, and ongoing customer communications. The Account Manager coordinates in IT and business planning activities and plays a leading role in IT project prioritization. Required Skills Duties and Responsibilities - Maintain and expand existing relationships
- Monitor results of Customer Service Desk by perform regular customer satisfaction reviews

- Serves as a consultant to the business, facilitating the discussion of business objectives, educating the business on available technology, and planning the change programs needed to deliver the desired business capabilities

- Overall solution delivery (communicates project progress)

- Provides initial project estimates for cost-benefit analysis
