The Executive Account Manager, National Accounts, is accountable for leading the client strategy on behalf of Kaiser Permanente for 9-11 national client relationships. This includes developing and executing strategic account plans that build successful partnerships with our national customers and consultants, coordinating and influencing the workstreams of multiple members of the account management team and support functions on behalf of the clients and their consultants and overseeing all aspects of the client relationship.
 
The EAM, National Accounts is responsible for developing a growth plan for their book of business, leading the RFP strategy for their clients, negotiating the renewal and guiding team members in the development and execution of an enrollment strategy for the client.  The EAM, National Accounts is responsible for influencing clients, consultants and internal Kaiser Permanente stakeholders to achieve client growth potential.  The EAM, National Accounts collaborates with multiple team members and stakeholders to maximize and optimize the client relationship.
 
Essential Functions:• Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to develop and execute on Strategic Account Plan for book of business and each client. • Develop 3 year strategy for optimizing business position, membership and revenue growth through the annual RFP process. • Negotiate renewals and obtain appropriate internal resources to successfully manage client and consultant relationships. • Lead activities of account team and all extended team members on behalf of national account client and Kaiser Permanente. • Analyze financial and clinical information in collaboration with financial and clinical business partners to develop recommendations for national account clients. • Responsible for gathering and bringing important marketplace trends, information, client movement into the Kaiser Permanente organization.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:• 6+ years experience in Employee Benefits or the Healthcare industry in marketing, business development, and/or managing business- to- business relationships required.  • 2+ years as a successful account manager required. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration or 4 years equivalent work experience required.  • Appropriate state insurance license required or ability to obtain one within 120 days of hire date.
 
Preferred Qualifications:• MHA, MPH, or MBA preferred. • National Account Management experience preferred.

Overview:
This position is an integral part of the Global Finance function.  The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of and accounting functions, including monthly close activities and a variety of special projects.  The individual will be a key contributor in the continued movement towards the creation of more prompt, useful, and consolidated reporting.

* Basic and Fully Diluted Share Count  - actual and forecast

* Two years experience in equity accounting (Stock Options, RSU's and Performance Based RSU's)
* HFM experience is a plus
* Solium equity system experience a plus
* Demonstrates high level of maturity, self-motivation and team-orientation
* Creative problem solver
* Perform well under pressure
* Process mindset with focus on continuous improvement
* Understand the importance of internal controls and segregation of duties
* 3+ years of experience with performing similar responsibilities in a $500M+ business
* HFM experience is a plus

Established and well respected customer focused New Jersey food manufacturing company & industry leader for over 50 years is seeking a Mechanic Supervisor - Must have grinding and mixing experience.

Responsibilities
* Perform troubleshooting, diagnose, and solve problems to minimize line downtime
* Working with mechanics on modifying existing line equipment for new product launches and improving current line efficiencies
* Assist with preventative maintenance
* Perform changeovers to various bottling needs efficiently and effectively
* Set equipment parameters for operation
* Works as a team with operators and other mechanics
* Minimize quality and safety risks by improving operation
* Perform inspections, installation, maintenance, repair and diagnostics of machinery and all related equipment
* Directing, training and developing maintenance team members for assigned shifts
* Identifying efficiencies to eliminate cost and/or waste

Job Requirements
Candidates for this position are required to:
* Have prior experience in repairing and maintaining bottling, packaging, grinding and mixing machinery.
* 5-10 years previous maintenance supervisor experience in the food industry is preferred
