IT Project Manager III
Duties   Seeking a resource to assist with an internal productivity and process improvement exercise.  The scope of the activity will involve:
 -Conduct an improvement exercise on defined internal IT & Financial processes, recommend and implement solutions to reduce the overall time and effort required to complete each task.
-Identify and implement other process improvement opportunities from targets sources provided by the PMO.
 
Skills             
 -Proven ability to lead, document and implement process improvement exercises, particularly of an IT and financial nature.  All efforts will be documented with quantifiable benefits relating to tangible cost savings, cost avoidance or productivity gains.
- Understanding of financial models frequently used by IT including chargeback methodologies and requests for funding.
- Experience in implementing process improvement solutions crossing multiple areas / teams.
- Proven experience in project management, and able to successfully handle multiple small to midsize initiatives.
-Comfortable interacting with business / IT senior management.
 
 
         
Education           Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Director of Operations Strategy. Prefer 6-Sigma Salary to $160K+

As a Director of Operations Strategy, your responsibilities will be:

-  Direct support for the Combined operations manager essentially acting as a proxy to support multiple in flight initiatives including development and implementation of a Target Operating Model, deployment of an ebusiness solution in Asia Pac and alignment of related regional work which affects the SME segment.

- Direct involvement in developing the Target Operating Model including thought leadership and design of capabilities, best practices, key performance indicators and alignment of technology.

- Support of Core Operations deliverables such as reduction of GOE (Combined), development of governance and operational guidelines, design and delivery of a communications plan and creation of an operational roadmap for Combined to support it’s business objectives.

- Development and oversight of Key Performance indicators for the combined profit center relative to operations.

- Provide assistance and operational support for profit center functions such as portfolio and underwriting management and sales & marketing.
Position Requirements  
- 7 years plus Operations experience with a global insurance operation. Insurance knowledge is essential, including concepts, practices and processing

- Business Process Design

- Training and practical experience in process reengineering methodologies

- Experience in Business Changed Management is a plus

- Solid management skills and the ability to drive initiatives thorough leadership and direct action

- Demonstrated experience in implementing value / business results based projects

- Problem analysis and problem resolution skills at both the strategic and functional level

- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills

- Ability to effectively communicate with Executive Management

- Ability to lead people and get results through others. People Management skills gained from direct line management experience;

- Experience in developing automation requirements and implementing systems solutions;

Project Description: The Specialist position is responsible for the assembly and maintenance of the System Design History Files and work as needed with the QRO Operations Team to support Training, Project Management, and Communications efforts related to a given System. In this position the Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering business applications that will make our Regulatory and Quality systems more compliant and capable of meeting new or changing regulatory requirements for our industry.
 
Some but not all of the responsibilities associated with the System Specialist will be:
1) Support the Systems Leader in partnering with Quality and Regulatory Process Owners & Work Stream leaders to enable systems that support Quality and Regulatory initiatives
2) Provide Project Management support for various System Projects (e.g.; eAUDIT, eMDR)
3) Build and manage training content for those educational programs related to our Systems Development
4) Set-up and maintain website tools that support our system, training, and communication objectives
This position will also work with the Quality and Regulatory Work Stream1 teams to provide hands on or consulting support in the areas of training, communications, and project management.
 
This position is based in Franklin Lakes, N.J. and it does involve a limited amount (10%) of domestic and international travel.
 
Required Skills & Knowledge: The incumbent must be proficient in the IT System Development Lifecycle including all aspects of User Requirement Definition, System Requirements and Design, System Development and Validation. They will also need to utilize good Systems Documentation practices, Project Management, and Communication skills to effectively build the System Design History Files. They should also have a familiarity with Six Sigma tools and the ability to perform analysis and conduct data mining efforts.
