Project Description:
* Support the management of procedural documents throughout their lifecycle.
* Assist subject matter experts with mapping and defining process, then converting them to formal procedural documents
* Understand and advise on correct use of various procedural document types
* Review/edit documents for compliance with the GSS quality system and documentation requirements
* Demonstrate excellence in writing clear, concise business-related documents
* Demonstrate excellence in the application and use of good grammar and punctuation practices as well as attention to detail
* Must be logical, analytical and process-driven
* Able to multi-task in a dynamic, challenging environment
* Possess confidence and poise to work with associates at all levels
* Demonstrate solid background in quality assurance or business process development
 
Position Requires:
- BA or BS degree
- Minimum of three years business writing experience, preferably in an IT environment
- Familiarity with Documentum-based document management systems
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
 
Required Skills: Documentation Specialist, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
 
This 3+ month position starts ASAP.

Project Description: Experience with manage capital software development/deployment project budgets is a plus.
 
Experience/Position Requirements Desired:
* 5 years professional experience as an accountant or financial analyst
* Advanced Excel a must; Pivot Tables, Macros preferred; ability to handle large volume of data
* Advanced PowerPoint required
* General Ledger experience required
* Familiar with Pharma or Advertising Agency environments a plus
 
Skills and Knowledge Desired:
* Strong analytical abilities; detailed oriented
* Excellent command of managing a P&L
* Ability to provide financial analysis of P&L in concise format
* Ability to present complicated data in concise, executive level format
* Monitor and reconcile various financial reports
* Desire to uncover number anomalies and correct as appropriate
* Ability to drive and validate financial analysis for cost savings analysis
* Familiar in allocating cost centers to profit or product business units
* Some cost accounting experience a plus (e.g. rate/volume variance calculations)
 
Position Description and Responsibilities:
* Support Director in annual planning cycles including:
- Annual budget process, semi-annual projections and three year plans
- Collect budget and projection estimates from all departments; examine for reasonableness, compare to prior periods
- Proactively take a strategic business approach to the planning cycle
- Provide business insights and recommendations
* Manage Marketing Services Cost Center Global Budgets:
- Monitor budgets monthly and prepare variance analysis
- Research unusual expenses incurred and resolve discrepancies
- Create templates to easily capture monthly expense information
* Develop monthly dashboard reports of key metrics:
- Provide data insights on key metrics reported
- Create monthly headcount dashboard
- Distribute in a timely manner
* Analyze cost center chargeback methodologies for all groups
- Determine internal agency chargeback or allocation methods
- Document chargeback hourly/day rates
- Analyze weekly hours reporting
* Track spend on marketing strategic platform
* Create cost avoidance analysis where appropriate
* Partner with all levels of management to understand financial results
* Verify and ensure accuracy of analytics presented
