Responsibilities:

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the implementation,
maintenance, and support of SharePoint systems/applications in development
and production environments. Other responsibilities include the creation
and maintenance of architectural and procedural documentation.

· Understand and deliver on the infrastructure development process,
including installs/builds, configuration, and administration for servers

· Lead the operations of the infrastructure solution architecture
for SharePoint/SQL and ensure delivered components are in compliance with
the defined architecture

· Proficient in the day-to-day operations of SharePoint and SQL
which includes troubleshooting, optimization, capacity planning, etc

· Understand and implement quality standards

· Functional in knowledge of other key Microsoft technologies,
including management applications, enterprise communications applications,
server platforms, and general technical knowledge of Microsoft server OS
platforms (i.e. Windows desktop and server)

· Functional in Microsoft server and desktop applications,
networking principles, and systems integration

· Document configuration, migration, testing, deployment solutions

· Has technical solution, customer-interfacing and infrastructure
project lifecycle responsibilities in a customer-facing IT role.

Troubleshoots problems across organizational and functional boundaries.
Creates and maintains operational standards and processes. Resolves daily
Tier 2 infrastructure incidents based upon agreed service levels. Educates
team on procedures for troubleshooting and service resolution. Works with
3rd party vendors to implement, maintain and troubleshoot various SharePoint
components. Maintains and repairs various SharePoint elements.

· Tests, installs and implements configurations for SharePoint
components. Configures SharePoint solutions that comply with established
networks, data center requirements and policies. Participates in
infrastructure designs, including application platforms, database solutions,
data integration and migration, backup and recovery, and business continuity
solutions.

· Creates and maintains SharePoint documentation, including
technical specifications, disaster recovery plans, and Architectural
drawings.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

· Microsoft Server 2003+ administration and demonstrated knowledge
of Microsoft SharePoint web farms topologies including Central
Administration, Web Front Ends (WFEs), Shared Service Providers (SSPs), SQL
2005+, and other SharePoint-centric application servers and services.

· Supporting the design and deployment of enterprise wide SharePoint
2007/2010 implementations and customizations, to include permissions, lists,
libraries, Wiki, and other platform offerings.

· Administering SharePoint 2007/2010 to include installing and
configuring large server farm topology (physical and virtual), applying
patches, service packs, and infrastructure updates.

· Creating, configuring, and maintaining Shared Service Providers to
enable and enhance site search functionality including adding and
configuring custom properties to documents so that they may be searched.

· Supporting developers in the deployment of SharePoint related
features and solutions (i.e. custom web parts) across multiple farms and
environments, including working knowledge of SharePoint Solution Package
(WSP) creation.

Position Summary:

The Fixed Income Quant Systems Team is responsible for providing advanced
quantitative tools such as analytic calculators, risk models, cash flow
engines, liquidity evaluation frameworks, technical pattern modeling, and
asset allocation strategies to the firm's portfolio management and research
teams. Members of the team play critical roles in the firm's success by
providing proprietary technology solutions that enable complex investment
decision-making.

This lead role will combine quantitative and software engineering skills to
drive development of the firm's next generation of quantitative tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide technical leadership to a development team with
responsibility for architecture, design and implementation.

· Participate in full-cycle software development including
regression testing, deployment, and production support.

· Partner closely with investment and research teams to understand
business needs and to create effective technical solutions.

· Stay abreast of the "state of the art" as it relates to technology
advancement.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· At least 7 years of application architecture and programming
experience using Java and/or C++.

· Prior experience using distributed computing, grid or cloud
technologies is a plus.

· Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies.

· Delivery focus and willingness to work in a fast-paced,
mission-critical production environment.

· Excellent communications skills.

· Advanced degree in computer science, math, physics, statistics or
other related field.

In addition, the following qualifications would be preferred:

· Understanding of fixed income security data, analytics and risk
management concepts.

· A working knowledge of MatLab.

· Willingness or demonstrated commitment to a CFA/FRM charter.

Position Summary:

The individual will be leading the system design and analysis for
development projects in the Reference Data Applications in the Investment
Data & Derivatives Systems team. The applications provide the firm with
business critical data related to the terms and conditions of deals, and
company and security reference data.

The main project will be to work on replacing the current security master
application with a new third party application.

This position requires a high level of direct interaction with the business
users, and excellent communication and delivery skills. This individual must
be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work on a variety of
assignments with people at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with the Investment Data and Derivative Service business
team to prioritize, define and document new requirements

· Champion the user's needs to the software and quality assurance
engineers, insuring the "what" and "why" are effectively communicated

· Assist in the design, development, and testing of the new security
master application.

· Work collaboratively with IS and business teams across the firm
(e.g. Investment Systems, Trading, Compliance, Client Administration,
Infrastructure)

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Strong understanding of Investment Data and Investment Management
industry, with specific domain expertise in Reference Data

· Minimum 10 years experience as a systems analyst

· Minimum 5 years experience in Data Management

· Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience is required.

· Experience in working with data providers such as Bloomberg, IDC,
Markit and Reuters.

· CFA certification is a plus.

· Experience in industry standard tools such as Golden Source or
Asset Control will be a big plus

· Experience in the design of n-tier applications and architectures.

· Experience with SOA architecture and data management principles
will be a huge plus.

· Team management experience and a proven ability to work in a cross
functional environment

· Experience in managing delivery in a centralized team with
aggressive delivery timelines is required.

· Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Keys to this Position:

1. Domain knowledge: We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert on Company
Security Master (also referred to as Reference Data). This individual will
be a thought leader as we begin a major highly visible Project to build a
new Company Security Master. The candidate should have experience with
major industry standard tools such as Golden Source or Asset Control.

2. Leadership: The individual will need to have strong Project Management
skills. The person will lead a matrix organization (primarily consultants).

3. Systems Analyst skills: The candidate will have strong Systems Analyst
skills acting as a liaison between the middle and back office as well as a
team of developers.
