Delivery Management
Delivering engagements to agreed customer scope, timescales, budget, and quality metrics as well as assisting customers to achieve the expected return on investment.

Forming and managing teams of appropriately skilled staff from client and partner organizations

Client Management
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on all aspects of client engagements within an account. At all times, managing the customers' expectations and holding them accountable for required tasks, timelines and resource commitments.

9. Systems monitoring (Solarwinds, etc)
10. Other infrastructure operational products (backup, restore, antivirus, etc.)
Core Competencies:
· At least five years managing a technology infrastructure group. (24x7 Operations)
· Significant hands-on experience with many of the technologies listed.
· Extensive experience developing, interfacing and integrating 3rd party and legacy applications
· Excellent leadership and management skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to create, manage and motivate high quality implementation teams.
· Ability to work closely with business users and ensure that the business needs are well defined and being met and in line with our systems architecture.
· Excellent organizational and detailed hands on project management skills.
· Ability to effectively negotiate solutions as problems arise
· Ensure documentation is created and maintained on supported products technologies.
· Perform change and incident management.
