Position: Maintenance Engineer - must be ME
Location: Eastern North Carolina
(will pay relocation from within SE area)
Anticipated Salary Range: up to $90k
Summary: Mechanical Engineer needed for Maintenance role
within Central Maintenance Department of large Chemical Plant
Primary Responsibilities:
· Provide maintenance engineering
support for the Chemical Plants (multiple plants onsite)
· Identify and solve reliability
issues
· Complete engineering reports and
cost estimates
· Execute capital projects
· Support the Reliability Enhancement
Process by serving on PM and Spare Parts Review teams and implementing a root
cause failure analysis and corrective action process
· Assist in planning, scheduling and
execution of plant turnarounds within budgeted spending and schedule
· Perform Safety Contacts and Safety
Audits
· Generate/review Engineering and
Maintenance Best Practices with other company sites
· Occasionally participate on Process
Hazards Analysis teams
· Fill in for Maintenance-Chemical
Plants/Central Superintendent
Key Requirements:
· BS Mechanical Engineering
· 10+ years of maintenance engineering
experience
· 2 years minimum supervisory
experience
· Experience in the chemical industry
ideal; heavy industrial background required
· Experience with reliability
improvement processes: planning/scheduling, root cause failure analysis, PM
improvement, key performance indicators and reliability engineering

Position: National Account
Manager - Current composite Industry experience required
Must possess solid industry contacts!
Location: Greenville/Spartanburg, SC (Candidate could work
out of their home anywhere in the US and later move to Corporate HQ
in SC)
Anticipated Salary Range: $90 - $120k base +
Summary: The National Account Manager is responsible for
developing new and maintaining current client relationships and satisfaction.
The primary responsibility of this position is the introduction
of a NEW COMPOSITE MATERIAL to the market.
Expected Travel: 75% out of Global Headquarters to Customers Corporate Headquarters, Product Design/R&D
Centers and Manufacturing sites located throughout North America
Key Requirements:
* BS - ME or Technical Degree REQUIRED
* Broad and current understanding of the Composite Industry (infrastructure or industrial)
* Solid technical understanding of Composites processing techniques, materials and trends
* Accomplished at Leading / Driving New and/or Early Product Technologies to successful growth
* Highly Organized, Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills, Proven Selling & Negotiation skills
* Must possess solid customer contacts
* Sales and/or Marketing background with the supply of raw materials characterized by a Value Added-Solutions Selling approach across all levels of the customer organization including R&D, Product Design , Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, EH&S, Marketing and Business Management
