I am contacting you regarding your resume posted online. We are currently looking for a Customer Relations - Web Specialist for a project opportunity with one of our major Automobile clients in WOODCLIFF LAKE NJ.

Role: Consultant
Duration: 6months +
Rate: up to $18/hr

This position will be responsible for providing outbound customer service from information gathered on the web through message boards, social networking sites, and blogs. Every day the internet is flooded with information and misinformation about our products and dealerships and this position will be engaging customers about published concerns.

To be successful in this role, you should have a background in customer relations and be internet savvy. Other qualifications include:

· Excellent communication skills – oral and written

· Attention to detail

· Automotive interest and understanding

· Ability to learn

· MS Office and able to learn other software
