Under the direction of the Network Portfolio Director this individual will ensure the effective delivery of the IT Infrastructure that will upgrade or remediate the network infrastructure and managed the deployment of Performance Management. Expertise in Project Management tools required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and managerial skills are essential. History of identifying process improvement opportunities through the implementation and use of information technology tools and solutions also essential. AMA or PMI certification desirable (or equivalent work experience). Business analysis experience also desirable.

Job Description
1) Ensure timely and effective communication of priority issues to all parties with a need to know
2) Work with other Project Managers in support of common life cycle process across all projects
3) Define project objectives, resources and schedules in conjunction with team members
4) Prepare and maintain project plans including timelines, and resources
5) Identify resource and other constraints in achieving project objectives
6) Prepare regular status and variance reports to management.
7) Identify alternatives and develop contingency plans
8) Negotiate resources and plans with external support organizations
9) Monitor progress of project plans, analyze variances to plan and recommend alternatives to achieve objectives
10) Lead regularly scheduled project reviews with the team
11) Issue action items and follow-up
12) Ability to prioritize multiple work initiatives incorporating business needs and resource availability
13) Flexibility to alter priorities as business drivers changes
14) Ability to communicate effectively changes in direction and schedules
15) Proven organizational skills
16) Manage end-to end design and deployment of IT solutions that align with our goals. This includes working with System Life Cycles.

Summary: Director of Internal Audit for a growing bank with
about 5 billion in assets
Primary Responsibilities:
* Delivering a comprehensive risk-based audit plan
* Deploying resources efficiently and effectively via a risk-assessment process
* Utilizing the audit process to identify opportunities for the organization to enhance its operations
* Disseminating, sharing, and applying best and leading practices
* Identifying, highlighting and reporting key issues and their resolution to senior management and the audit committee of the Board of Directors
* Liaising and coordinating with internal partners, external auditors, regulatory examiners, and others to ensure optimal audit coverage
* Recruiting, training and developing a high performing staff
Key Requirements:
* +10 years of progressively responsible experience public accounting, corporate finance and/or internal audit
* Financial services sector experience, either from public accounting or industry side is required, banking preferred
* Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and SEC reporting requirements
* Exceptional time management, change management and project management skills needed
* CPA is required
* Must have prior experience doing audits of larger banks
* Prior banking experience in accounting/finance function required
