Client is looking for a very insurance technical person that has significant natural catastrophe experience. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience is required. Key experience includes entering information, creating reports and using some of the top systems such as EQECAT and RMS. RMS experience is critical. This individual needs to be very analytical.
If this individual is on an Actuarial Career path, then this is not the right position. This individual will work side by side with the VP of Global Catastrophe Management for a large Global Specialty Property & Casualty Insurer.
The person will have to like working with and be highly skilled in Excel and Access. The will also have to be skill at writing custom SQL queries. We are looking for heavy RMS experience, not EQE. We need someone who pushes the outer limits of the model and knows how to create custom reports, not simply pushing the buttons and obtaining the standard canned reports.
