SR. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - HUMAN CAPITAL MGMT / TALENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE (position #: 2009-180)

 

Ideal Start Date:

December 1

 

Compensation:

The compensation plan is designed to attract the top 10% of the Sales talent in the HCM & Talent Management space. 

§         On-Target Earnings: $260k+

§         Non-recoverable draw (NRD): Potential NRD if you are leaving significant commissions behind.

§         Achievable quota: Approximately $1M

 

Locations:

We are open to candidates from any major US city. We are looking for the best candidates regardless of geography.

 

 

Client Overview

§         Well-established leader in HCM / Talent Management software with fully integrated product suite.

 

Position Overview

§         The Sr. AE will be responsible for selling the full suite of integrated HCM and Talent Management products and services to new clients.

§         This is a HUNTER position. You are going after all net new business!

§         Build account plans and strategies for each target account.

§         Qualify sales opportunities; build and manage sales pipeline in the territory.

§         Build and maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline.

§         Coordinate sales team efforts for optimal delivery.

§         Drive sales activities in the territory consistent with best practices.

§         Meet revenue/margin objectives for the assigned territory.

§         Strong Inside Sales, Marketing and Sales Engineering support.

 

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

§         5+ years of highly successful sales experience in HCM, Talent Management, HR software applications.

§         7+ years in enterprise software sales.

§         Top 10% in your field. Exceptional sales performance history that can be confirmed through references and documentation. (i.e. W2's consistently $250k++, Multiple President's Club awards)

§         Proven track record exceeding software quotas of $1.3M++.

§         Preferred sales experience in HCM / Talent Management from Authoria, Cornerstone onDemand, Kenexa, Plateau, Lawson, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Saba, SAP, Silkroad, Softscape, StepStone, SuccessFactors, SumTotal, Taleo, Ultimate Software, Workday, Workscape or Workstream.

§         Must be a Hunter: You are going after new logo business.

§         Consistent job tenure and work history.

§         Ability to successfully work from a home office environment and travel at least 30%.
