The primary functions are to be a main point of contact for all employee inquiries and to provide exceptional customer service to HR´s customers; to provide administrative support to the Benefits Manager and others on HR team to include recruitment and onboarding support; to perform all electronic recordkeeping and provide all primary HRIS and other system data entry efforts to include (Ceridian HR/Payroll Web system; goAbove, OrgCharts, Headcount Reporting, Benefit Carrier Portals, etc.) including maintenance of the HR zone in goAbove intranet site and the online enrollment solution; and to maintain all Employee HR Benefits filing and departmental filing. Will perform variety of generalist tasks related to HR and Benefits administration including:
Payroll Interface and Database/tools Administration:

Position Summary:
The Business Systems Developer (BSD) will be responsible for writing custom programming code for Rainforest
Alliance business systems, primarily developing custom coding solutions and support for our SalesForce instance.
The BSD will be the primary source of coding for business systems and will assist with designing, building,
testing, and implementing new solutions for SalesForce. The BSD will document ideas and code in a clear,
comprehensive and organized manner.
Responsibilities:
SalesForce
o Under the supervision of the Business Systems Manager and working closely with the Business Systems
Team, take system specifications and design, build, deliver, and support creative and innovative solutions and
features by developing SalesForce.com functionality using the Force.com platform (e.g. Apex, S-Controls,
VisualForce, Sites); establishing security protections; resolving and escalating integration issues; coordinating
efforts among functional areas and outside vendors; recommending adjustments as objectives change; and

Qualifications:

Title: SAP APO Functional Consultant
Location: Totowa, NJ
Duration: 3 months
Rate: $80-90/hr Corp-to-corp; or $68-78/hr W-2
We are seeking an experienced SAP APO Consultant to assist in implementing
Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) module of SAP APO system.
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible to design and
configure the APO system for production and procurement planning and
detailed scheduling of resources such as equipment and labor. Other
responsibilities include design of planning relevant data transfer between
SAP ECC and SAP APO using Core Interface
(CIF) and design of master recipe management in SAP ECC for the selection of
alternative resources in process orders and Process Instruction (PI) sheets.
Deliverables:
1. Configuration skills to design the Production Planning and Detailed
Scheduling module of SCM APO system - scope includes replacing MRP
functionality in SAP ECC system; design the SCM PPDS module to handle
planning exceptions based on material availability and product shelf-life
expiration; and design the PPDS module to do detailed scheduling with the
ability to handle exceptions in availability of equipment and labor
resources; 2. Configuration skills to design SCM APO Core Interface (CIF) to
download planning relevant master data and transactional data such as bill
of materials, master recipes, material master, inventory, PM work orders,
sales orders, purchase orders etc.
3. Configuration skills to design Alert Monitors in SCM APO system; 4.
Configuration and master data skills to design master recipe management in
SAP ECC to support alternative resource selection in process orders and/or
Process Instruction (PI) sheets.
Qualifications:
. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on design and configuration
experience
in at least two cycle implementations of SAP PO
