The Global Recruiting Reporting Group is responsible for the development and execution of the Firm's Campus and Lateral recruitment reporting. This involves understanding the recruitment processes across business areas and countries; understanding the Firm's systems and reporting universes; partnering across multiple internal functions to create processes that support data integrity; and the primary focus is to develop reporting solutions, tools and strategic analytics to support the Firm's internal business processes. The team collaborates closely with technology, HRIS, other business aligned compensation & data reporting teams, recruiters and business managers. The team also works across multiple time zones and supports unique regional reporting needs.
The Role & Responsibilities:
This position will develop reports and databases to produce metrics for a variety of users on both an ad hoc and scheduled basis. Analyst will work primarily in three systems (including PeopleSoft & PeopleClick) and three Business Objects reporting universes. Team member will communicate, collaborate and network across all levels of employees and management to ensure the integrity and quality of information delivered. Responsibilities will include:
Recruitment & Expense reporting Data analysis and modeling Development multiple new suites of reports to support management reporting processes Development of databases to generate scheduled reporting that streamlines manual reporting across multiple data feeds from various sources Collaborate with Technology teams regarding systems and report building Develop system data audits and coordinate maintenance & clean-up of data Assist with the development of presentations for senior management. Develop Sharepoint site for data collection, reporting and sharing of information Train HR and business users on reporting universes
