MARTY LATMAN: Some people call Marty Latman "The Best Networker They Know". Marty is now sharing some of his basic networking tools that you will want to use to land the position you want.

Marty is the chairman of the Bergen Chapter of Financial Executive Network Group (FENG). Marty created FENG in 2002, with an initial membership of 29 people. FENG chapter membership has now grown to more than 2,000 members. Since its inception, FENG-Bergen Chapter has successfully helped more than 400 of its members find gainful employment.

Marty is also the chairman of the New Jersey Strategic Executive Networking Group (NJSENG). In addition, Marty is an FEI member and a member of over 15 other career networking groups.

As a Market Segment Systems Engineer you will be part of the Technology

· Gather and define system engineering requirements for a segment
(EO/IR, & Sensors) in persistent surveillance

2 Key Points:

· Prior experience evaluating various hardware / software technology
