Business Analyst - Standard Senior (6+ yrs) - Hourly/Standard. This
experience is relevant to one of my current openings.

The opening requires Develops and prepares functional requirements for
complex business reporting and analysis processes. Develops procedures to
deliver required business reporting and analyses. Analyzes reporting systems
and determines optimal techniques and requirements for processing data.
Prepares definition of functional problems and makes recommendations for
equipment and/ or software to deliver solutions. Identifies and develops
needed data collection, cleansing and transformation processes. Develops
analytical reports or other products. Leads application and vendor review
and selection activities. Identifies, develops and implements tactical
process improvements.
Graduate degree and CFA preferred

Additional experience required:
. Expertise in one or more of the following functional areas: Performance
Measurement, Risk, Asset Liability Management.
. Experience in development of project documentation, testing materials and
execution, training materials, requirements gathering including downstream
and upstream interface requirements and adhering to a project management
methodology is a must
. Experience must span a significant software implementation and/or upgrade
project.. It is located in New York, NY.
