-Experience with PeopleSoft Application DBA activities including PIA administration, configuration and tuning.

-Experience with PeopleSoft Client, PeopleTools, App Server, BEA WebLogic/Tuxedo/Jolt, Process Schedulers, Change Assistant, App Designer, Data Mover, Integration Broker, Crystal Enterprise.
-PeopleSoft product installation and upgrade, application server administration, monitoring and tuning of PeopleSoft performance.
-Previous experience in the role of technical upgrade specialist on upgrade projects to HCM 9.0-Understanding of data structure changes between application releases and impact to application functionality
-Proven experience as a technical lead in large and complex HRIS upgrade projects
-Experience directing, leading, managing, and mentoring technical staff
-Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision both independently and as part of a team-Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience working with Solaris 10 and Linux OS.
- UNIX system administrator training -Shell programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience with shell scripting languages.
- Knowledge of the following applications is a plus: PeopleSoft, Oracle, weblogic 9, Oracle 10gAS, Autosys.
-Knowledge of the following technologies a plus: NAS, SAN, RAID, NFS, ZFS, Clustering, DNS, LDAP
1. Responsible for day to day problem analysis, change implementation, capacity planning, performance analysis, performance tuning, and system admin.
