Senior Developer, Technical Lead-FULL TIME Position

(Located in New York, NY)

Our client, one of the world's leading providers of consumer health information, is growing! We are seeking a Technical lead - Senior Software developer to work in their NYC headquarters. In this role you will lead talented developers working in a diverse environment to create and enhance an outstanding web experience for consumers.

Requirements:

8 + years of web development experience with skills in a customer facing environment
A thorough understanding of web advertising concepts and analytics
A broad understanding of programming, object-oriented programming, and database design and architecture
Expert level skills coding in Microsoft technologies to include C#, .NET, MS SQL, T-SQL, LINQ
Expert knowledge of web services architecture and experience working with XML, XSLT, XPath, AJAX, jQuery and JavaScript
Familiarity with classic ASP
Experience using Team Foundation Server, WCF, MVC,
Knowledge of Ruby on Rails or experience with LAMP environments a plus
Knowledge of database design and data mining concepts
Proven leadership experience in a web development environment
Excellent communications and documentation/technical writing skills
