Due to our expansion into the U.S. market, we have an opening for a Contract
Analyst who will be responsible for coordinating and administering all contract
activity, documentation gathering, and working to ensure process for all
contracts. This individual will also coordinate the SOP process of the Contract
Operations department ensuring proper communication between Account Managers,
customers and the Corporate Home Office.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in activity to ensure that rebate submissions are validated and
processed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with Company policies
and procedures
· Ensure that operational issues are properly addressed with contracts
being negotiated for all customers
· Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and
external customers and employees
· Ensure compliance with LEO Pharma contracting policies and procedures
· Perform team lead role for key departmental initiatives
· Support management with ongoing needs of the department as it pertains
to the above responsibilities and assist in monitor and managing 3PL and
consultants
· Participate in continuous improvement projects
· Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations

Requirements:

· BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related area/equivalent experience
strongly preferred
· 3+ years experience working with contracts for Managed Care,
Medicaid/FSS, and chargebacks
· Ability to work in cross-functional group
· Strong problem solving skills and the ability to analyze and reconcile
contracts and financial data
· Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
· Motivated self-starter with the ability to think strategically and work
independently
· Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously and to
prioritize and work within strict timelines
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Work, PowerPoint,
Access)
