Below is the job description
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Monitor standard of compliance, policies and best practice in IT process implementation and work with Manager, IT Compliance, QA and IT teams to design and implement policies, procedures and best practice in IT. Work with QA and regulatory groups to support internal and external audits of IT group.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides a common interface for all QA/Regulatory interactions with and provide responses to audit questions and findings.
2. Assist with preparation of compliance reports to present to management.
3. Responsible for monitoring processes within the IT department to ensure both compliance and best practice.
4. Responsible for IT staff training in new procedures and policies adopted or created by the company.
5. Provide a technical interface between IT team members and Management/Regulatory interactions to promote understanding of issues affecting policy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:
1. Bachelors in Computer Science and 4 years relevant experience,
2. System administration or technical IT experience,
3. Foundation qualification in ITIL / COBIT best practices,
4. Experience with developing and implementing SOPs,
5. Knowledgeable in Operating Systems and Infrastructure management,
6. Basic understanding of Windows and Unix environments,
7. Team player and able to work with technical peers and non-technical end users.

Looking for at least a mid-level candidate who has technical background and audit experience. Position is best filled by an IT auditor. Person must understand IT concepts and be very familar with ITILv3 as well as (IT requirements) of SOX.

Work location is in Philly and Travel is about 5%.
