Title: SAP Senior Analyst – SRM/MM
Location: Wilton, CT
Salary: $115-120K + 20% bonus
Travel: Up to 25%
Overview
We are seeking a SAP Senior SRM/MM Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the Procure to Pay business process including indirect purchasing through the SRM module and direct purchasing business processes using MM SAP module. This person will support business projects through design and implementation of MM business solutions in SAP, and supporting the ongoing business operations, including SAP upgrades, interfaces to other core business systems, interfaces to external systems, and help to define and support IT processes.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
· 5+ years of experience in the MM module with development and support of business application systems including analysis, functional and technical design testing.
· Implementation and/or support experience in SRM is desired, including SRM workflow and use of catalogs.
· Experience with batch management of materials and automation of the purchasing order and goods receipt process through EDI.
· Exposure to Warehouse Management and Demand Planning applications desired.
· Two or more full project life cycle SAP implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training and post implementation support.
· Understanding and use of SDLC methodology good practice.
· Experience with business case development, project planning and estimation is a must.
· Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
· Experience in Solution Manager is a plus.
· Experience using ARIS is a plus.
· Cross-functional business experience is a must.
· Experience integrating BW a plus.
· Experience working for a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company.
· Ability to work nights/weekends as needed

Job Description:
· Lead and drive Reference Data strategic projects
· Plan strategic deliverables and interim goals; manage IT deliverables to plan
· Execute key tactical solutions to enhance/improve processes, increase controls and achieve cost reduction.
· Manage Reference Data requirements for large scale projects with significant impact and complexity.
· Perform detailed analysis of product instrument data to ensure accuracy and completeness in preparation for integrations
· Perform/Lead User Acceptance Testing
· Partner with IT, Strategic Change Group and stakeholders to help define, agree and implement change
· Represent Reference Data in meetings and working groups
· Identify and perform root cause analysis within Reference Data
Responsibilities and key deliverables will include the following:

· Review and manage pre-defined services, including SLA's, MI, new business and procedural change
· Define and implement regional BCP capabilities
· Ensure team is educated on control concepts and aware of their responsibilities in managing risk.
· Become SME for Product related processes
Training and Experience:
· Minimum 5 years experience working in Operations
· Previous product experience a must
· Proven influencing and collaboration skills
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Creative thinking with the ability to see fresh approaches and challenge status quo
· Excellent communication skills- presentation, verbal and written
· Evident Change Management success
· Strong analytical and project management skills
· Highly motivated, with drive and enthusiasm
