Subject: Hoping For A Referral: Full Time Opportunity With Nomura Securities
Michael B.,
Hope all is well! I came across your profile on LinkedIn today and am
reaching out to you in hopes that you might be able to refer me to somebody
who would be interested in a full time opportunity that I have right now
with Nomura Securities in downtown Manhattan.
Nomura is in the process of building out a state-of-the-art, brand new fixed
income Rates Technology/credit business team and has multiple openings for
extremely junior to very senior hands-on application developers with strong
fixed income product knowledge (government, mortgage, commerial paper,
municipal, credit, FX and Money Markets). Their applications are built
primarily in Core Java, C#/Winforms/WPF, and VB/VBA, so the referred
candidate must be an expert in one of the those languages. The key to
finding the right candidate for this role is to make sure that they have
worked in a fixed income trading system environment recently. From the
developer's perspective, this should be a highly attractive opportunity
given the fact that they get to work on and build something from scratch.
I've copied the job description below. Please review it at your earliest
convenience and feel free to forward it to anyone whom you feel is qualified
and would be interested. If there is interest on their end, please have them
forward their resume to <mailto:brian.bishop@andiamopartners. >com
brian.bishop@andiamopartners. along with the best phone number/time forcom
me to contact them.
My firm has a referral fee policy where if place a candidate that you refer
to me, I will send you a check for $2,500.
