We have been engaged to assist our client, a publicly-traded biopharmaceutical company, in their search for two senior IT professionals. Corporate headquarters are located in the Western Philadelphia suburbs. The Company has been experiencing tremendous growth over the last few years and, due to anticipated future growth, is looking to hire the following positions:

• Senior Application Developer (Operations) . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership capacity on mid-large software development initiatives and will have hands-on on development experience with DOT.NET, Java, HTML and reporting languages (SQL, Crystal Reports).

• IT Security and Network Engineer . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years experience with firewalls, intrusion detection and intrusion prevention technologies, and other security devices and tools. Strong experience with networking technologies (LAN/WAN, WIFI) and networking protocols (IP, TCP/IP) is a must.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.

Compensation for the positions will be competitive, consisting of a base salary in the $100K-$120K range, and will include participation in an annual bonus plan and equity.
